James was very helpful - I made a small mistake on the order and he rang up to check it. Once rectify he put it through and it arrived a lot quicker than I expected. Very good from start to finish, I will definitely use again.

Ordered last night at 5pm!!! All the way down here in sunny Bournemouth, a parcel has now just arrived!!!!
How do you offer such exemplary service there way and beyond any other company in the UK!? Simply outstanding and second to none!

I contacted UK POS on Wednesday, explaining that I need a 4" branded acrylic door sign made up and delivered to Ireland by the following Wednesday. Turnaround is usually longer, of course.
Wow, did they deliver!! The order process was swift and easy, art work upload easy and the staff that I had contact with were so helpful.
Best of all the order was delivered two days early, on Monday.
Door sign looks great to boot. 5 Stars from me!!

What a joke of a company. I'm in the trade and needed A1 acrylic panels urgently as my usual supplier was OOS. I ordered x 6 and waited for delivery. I took the box with the panels direct to site and opened it only to find that x 4 of the panels had been delivered smashed. I contacted them and to their credit they apologised and said they would send the replacements out. This of course meant me having to return to the site a 120 mile round trip the next day. On opening the replacement box x 2 of the 4 replacements were smashed. I spoke with their management team and was told that on CCTV in their packing warehouse it was seen that the box was not properly packed for which they apologised and said they would send yet another x 2 replacement panels. In short, instead of having to visit site once, I had to visit the site 3 times. When I asked for compensation for their admitted errors of packing, they hid behind some clause in their supply which not having seen it probably states, CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS: 'if we **** up, its at your expense and we will not even try to correct our mistake.' not even a gesture, even though we admit that its our mistake.

Never go anywhere else - full marks every time

Product turned up damaged. Company refuse to acknowledge damage was their fault. Even though photos clearly show damage was caused pre packaging. Slow response and general disinterest in the problem.

I have a lot of time for UK POS. They have a wide range of well priced products in stock for quick delivery, knowledgeable and helpful staff and can do a lot more in terms of bespoke products than you would expect.

The products and the delivery were fine and of good quality so for that I would give at least 4 stars however I am disappointed in the service received to return some items given the money we spent with this company. This would not make me want to use them again.
