Excellent quality by the way- I called them up and spoke to a very helpful guy that told me to just return them which I did and received my new larger size within days of the original order- very happy , fast professional service and I look forward to my next order .

I received my item in amazing time and could not have been happier. The item wasn't a good fit and needed to be returned. I had an issue with the return which as soon as I notified UKToolbox about, I was contacted almost immediately and the problem resolved over the phone. Amazing service!! Thank you.

Not impressed that I had a discount code which should have been valid but on using said not valid .The discount would have covered the delivery charge which would have been welcome.Other than that my order was a good price and delivered on time.

Update...still not heard from UK Toolbox but checked with the courier and found out that the items were damaged in transit and destroyed. No one bothered to let us know. Now have to drive 25 miles in the morning (and back again) to buy some retail. Such awful customer service - should be ashamed of themselves.

Oh Dear,
Ordered some floor paint on 9 October. Delivery was due in 2/3 working days. Emailed last night, 3 times today and left 3 messages in their overloaded voice mail. Decorators arriving tomorrow - I really wish i had gone to B&Q. Rubbish company!
