This is the first time I have used Tool Mart and I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them. Their website is very easy to use and the ordering process was easy to use also. They have a great range of tools and extremely good prices. The tools I had ordered were delivered two days before the due delivery date, it couldn't have been any better.

Stock problem
Website showed several items in stock, is order taken and cash paid, but later found out was out of stock and could not be sourced. The delay was very inconvenient. Seems to be a recurrent problem with this company. Would have been one star but for the fact that the refund was reasonably prompt.

Was told when my goods was going to arrive, slow delivery, once my order was placed there was no answered phone calls, I now can't work next week because I have no tools so basically I've lost my job, not happy at all

But when I contacted them 7 times through email and contact us on the main page I have not received one reply so don't use this site unless you happy with no customer care in the slightest an if your order is wrong or faulty you will not get your money back or be able to return it

Very fast delivery and very happy with product, it was the cheapest I could find anywhere. I will definitely be buying more from here.
I do have some constructive criticism though....when I purchased my item I never received any email or any kind of confirmation that my order had been placed. It wasn't until I saw other reviews about logging in to the website to check the status of my order. A confirmation email after purchase would be helpful and ease the purchasers mind. Still I am very happy with the service.

sold me product what was out of stock.
make sure you update a product properly, then taking money out someone's acount then the next day sending an email saying this item is out of stock, be more organised with what your doing because with my experience i will probably not order from this website again. thank you for the refund
