Shocking service. No email to tell me the product I had bought was out of stock
Well were do I start...
No email to tell me that the product which it said was in stock, was actually out of stock.... Would not mind, but I had to login and check the system to find that someone had updated the order to say it had been a IT issue. I know IT systems can go wrong, but from looking at all the reviews, saying how good, my experience could not be any different. So I think it is only right to show a good balance of the review. So hence giving 1 star. Also it was not the cheapest place to buy from but I went on the reviews. So how wrong could I be. My advice. Make sure you check the details on the order...
