Inspiriert vom Mindset moderner Frauen

Das ist vom Mindset her von gestern und faktisch falsch. Poorly made T-shirt

I paid $29.95 for a T-shirt. I got 2 at that price. I was very unhappy with the way that the print is painted on. I'm afraid it's not going to last long.

Extremely Poor customer service

Despite emailing as requested below, still no response.
Ordered online from Ireland. Item too big. Tried twice to contact customer service by email to find out how to return. Absolutely zero response. Ordee 2540101057

Long wait for refund

If i could I would give them a zero. I sent my order back nearly 4 weeks ago. STILL NO REFUND. After a week I asked if they had received it and they said no, even if it showed up on my parcel search that they had. Phoned again and was told that I had been sent an email that it had been received in their warehouse (no email was received.) and that refund would be sent shortly. After another week phoned again and was told that refund had been done and will receive any day now. Week passed and wrote email was told that they had a problem with the przelew 24 which I paid with(someone else had been told the same thing 2 months ago) and that they will be sending refund by bank transfer which they said could take a few days to a couple of weeks!!! Yet the week before the lady on the phone said that it had been sent???? So now I am just waiting!!
SO BE PREPARED FOR A LONG WAIT IF YOU ARE RETURNING SOMETHING!!! Best not to order!

Disappointed

Discovered Ulla Popken while living overseas and wanted to replace worn out pants. BOTH pants arrived with broken front zippers! Pants themselves were fine but for the cost, I did not want to go through the effort of replacing the zippers myself. Returned both today.

Update 4/9: Received a response and $ returned.

I had great customer service

I had great customer service. Ordered several dresses all too big. Returned for smallest size . I loved the material and quality on all 6 dresses but these were also too big. I paid for return shipping both times. I wrote to them and they refunded the total I paid for shipping. Can’t get any better than this. Thank you.

This is the second time I made an order…

This is the second time I made an order online, they took my money and then a few days later I get notification telling me I am being refunded and it will take 10 days for my money to go back in my account. Wont shop at their online site from now on, its hopeless!

If I could give Ulla Popken a zero

If I could give Ulla Popken a zero, I would. They double-charged my card back in August, precipitating a flag and cancelation of my card. They also put through at least another six erroneous charges and credits, all incorrect, trying to correct their error. They now insist I still owe them money, I don't, and will place the claim with collections. Good luck with that, given I'm in Canada, and they're in Germany. And the cost to them to do that will be approximately four times what the allege I owe.

Just spoke with their customer service, about as informed and intelligent as a bag of hammers.

I wouldn't trust Ulla Popken with anything at this point.

Bad customer service

Received a gilet I had ordered was so happy with it until I noticed a tear in it contacted customer service over a week and a half ago and no reply from them . Have sent it back and have reordered it I hope this one is not damaged when I receive it ! Returned damaged one a week ago absolutely no contact from ulla popken very disappointed

Where is My Refund?

Received an email confirmation on 12/15/23 indicating my return has been received and refund has been processed... today is 12/26/23 and I have yet to receive the credit to my card.

I've called customer service twice; each time the representative confirmed seeing the credit on their end, but they can do nothing more than email upper management/accounting to process the credit.

This is ridiculous and certainly not how a reputable company does business. No way I will attempt to patronize this business again.

Received 5 days after ordering!

I bought a jacket from Ulla Popken on Dec 16. Never received a shipping confirmation or tracking, so today (Dec 21) I found this page and got worried after reading so many bad reviews. I e-mailed their customer service inquiring about any shipping information and within hours received a FedEx tracking number AND they let me know the jacket appeared to have been delivered today. As soon as I got home from work, there was my package with my cute salsa red polka dot jacket! I was so relieved and impressed at how quickly it arrived!

Great customer service

Ordered several dresses. Loved the style and quality but were too big. Reordered in12/14. Still too big. I don’t know why when measurements indicate 16/18. Returned and was very surprised they refunded my shipping. That is terrific customer service. Would really like to order again but if 12/14 is too generous not sure what would fit. Thank you for your customer service.

Order arrived exactly as promised. Everything as described. Found cut is very generous so when in doubt check reviews. Many say to order down. Trust them and order down.

First Order Blues

Well, I placed my first order with Ulla Popken, and actually most of the blouses are nice with one that is quite a rough cotton fabric and with a smell. I noticed online that one of the blouses was at a lower price, so I called customer service to see if price adjustments are given and was told “no.” Why not, I wonder. Many retailers offer price adjustments. Finally, the rep was rather curt with me. As much as I like the designs on the site, without professional and supportive customer service, why buy.
