Das ist vom Mindset her von gestern und faktisch falsch. Ulla Popken has terrible customer service.

Ulla Popken customer service is terrible. It has been 9 days since I placed an order on their website and the order has not shipped. Nobody would tell me why or give an approximate shipping date. And, worst, a woman named Branca at their 800-245-8552 phone number hung up on me after I asked to speak with another representative. She was extremely rude.

Just received my order today

Just received my order today. I received my order rapidly, have communication all along the way about my order and I like what I got, so no complaints from me. I would order again from this company, based on my experience. I can understand other’s frustrations, though, and would not order if that had happened to me.

I received my first order today and am…

I received my first order today and am very happy with the items. They are beautifully made and of lovely quality. Having read some of the reviews on here I was worried that they would not be up to scratch but I've been proved wrong. Will definitely be buying from them again.

No complaints

I can only answer to the service I experienced but I've had a new jacket delivered today and it's beautiful, very well made, exactly as described.
Delivery time has been just over one week and they do warm you it could take up to two weeks but I was willing to wait
Yes, I paid a little more than I usually do, but I'm tired of receiving poor quality items andand wanted something that looks and feels good and this jacket does exactly that.

Ulla Popken you are an absolute…

Ulla Popken you are an absolute disgrace. Returned 2 items, received refund for 1 but still awaiting refund for 2nd item. I have emailed on several occasions and now they just don't reply. Does customer service actually exist in this company. I will never again purchase from this company and have told my friends who have ordered from here not to do so again. They too, were appalled by their unprofessional service and will be not ordering again incase an item has to be returned. I am so infuriated beyond belief.

Nightmare poor service!!

Was happy with my first purchase; however the 2nd interaction with this company has been nothing more than appalling. I ordered 2 more swimsuits to be advised that they were not in stock and they could not advise how long it would be before they could deliver so I cancelled the order & received confirmation of the cancellation. Then 2 weeks later they sent one of the costumes taking £55.95 for the item plus delivery. After contacting them they advised to return the item and they’d refund the cost. I have now had to mess around returning it and had to wait for 2 weeks to be refunded, however they have not refunded the cost I’ve incurred to return the unwanted item of which I had cancelled weeks ago!!!! Not to mention it’s taken 4 weeks now, about 12 emails & a phone call to get to this pony and I’m a fiver out of pocket through no fault of mine. They’ve hardly even apologised!!! Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Awful experience

I ordered several items all of which I returned except for one. Two months later and I am still trying to get the refund that is owed to me. I will never order from them again.

Email harrasment after the order.

I ordered 2 jackets. Because I didn't like one of them I returned it and received the refund without a problem. The other jacket is good and seems to be of good quality. So the shop itself is good.
But after the order they started to send me their newsletter and the unsubscribe link just doesn't work. I've unsubscribed about 5 times over the course of 2 or 3 months already but still keep receiving this damn newsletter.

If you want to buy from this shop, do it with a throw away email address, so you won't be harassed with emails afterwards.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Bought a cardigan in the sale on 30/1 but was informed on the 21/2 after waiting a while that it was 'sold out'. Six days later it is on sale again at twice the price. It wasn't out of stock when I ordered it. When I suggested to customer service that I could have been asked if I minded waiting, my comment was ignored.

What a mess...

I shop online for almost everything and I have never came across a situation like this.
I have chosen payment on delivery (and thank God I did)...
The story begins by DHL having refused the package (nobody knows why) and send it back to Ulla Popken. I called customer service and requested the package to be sent again. I was told the better option was to place the order again, but I refused, explaining that the original order was 77€ and now it's 120€ so I will not place the order again, they can simply get the package and ship again since it was on their site already.
I have received an e-mail 3 days ago sending me a tracking link, that I saw later on that did not belong to me...
Today I have called (again) and the lady did not find the replacement order (that I was received an e-mail 3 days ago) on the system, and suggested me again to place another order, and again I have said no because of the price change!
It seems to me that they don't want to send the items at the price they were on the website. If I did not choose payment on delivery I had "lost" the money and if I want the products I have chosen the first time, I had to purchase them at almost double the price.

Update: After all the problem was (and I had to call DHL portugal to figure it out on my own) DHL does not collect payments in portugal and the webstore not only was not aware of that but also correct me when I have deliverd them this sad truth.
I did not wanted to give them my card details afetr all this mess.

I will never order from this company…

I will never order from this company again and would urge caution to others. I sent my order back on the 22nd October and am still waiting for a refund despite confirmation that they have received it and processed it. I am now starting a credit card charge back to try to recover the money. Truly awful experience.

UPDATE: Ulla Popken Get a Grip

As promised I have returned to the review. I am pleased to advise that the dress ordered was received on Friday 1st October, correct size and as advertised - it is a very lovely dress, thank you. However, on the downside the remainder of my order (a further £60) worth of items is still seemingly out of stock - and the website has not been updated to reflect this.

Ulla Popken has a lot to learn about customer service and what is expected of them - they are somewhat laissez faire in their attitude and this does not do them any favours - please Ulla Popken, if your marketing team is reading this and other negative reviews, you know what you need to do to keep your customers happy.....get a grip!

I can't give less than one star

I can't give less than one star, but I would if I could. Absolutely AWFUL customer experience. Pre-ordered an item in July for delivery 21st September. They could manage to take payment for the item, but couldn't manage to actually dispatch the item. Emails to customer service all went unanswered. Phoned and was told, basically, that they couldn't care less and they'd send it when they decided to! More calls went unanswered. Had to involve Paypal dispute, and then their customer service told me I shouldn't have done that, they'd send the item, and refused to cancel the order! Avoid like the plague - they are appalling. I have closed my account.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered many items but they did not fit true to size. I contacted their customer service and followed all instructions for the retun. 8 weeks later (after many phone calls/emails) still no refund. After providing all the item numbers for the returned clothing, I received an email stating that a refund had been issued. However, the purchase prices they quoted were incorrect and the list of items incomplete. I emailed them but no response. A week later and the supposed refund (for the incorrect amount) still has not been received. BE WARNED!

Wish that I had read the reviews before…

Wish that I had read the reviews before ordering. Absolute scam placed order and made payment, days later get an email saying that demand was high and the product is sold out . They take payment for goods they don’t have and have no intention of supplying. Avoid !

Dishonest company

I've asked for the shirt to be returned as the size is 7xl not 5xl , does not match the chart , it's really bad quality aswel, nothing as described
They are not responding
This behaviour is exposing scam as no honest retail company will behave like this

Poor communication and delivery

Placed a number of orders. Slow delivery and some not at all, with no communication about delay. Still waiting. Wont shop there again - poor service. Dont buy here if you want it promptly.

Nuked by newsletters

What ever you do, don't subscribe to their newsletter. They will nuke you with newsletters every week. Yes... several every week. Their unsubscribe button doesn't work. It doesn't matter if you contact them and tell them to remove your e-mail address. Still today I receive multiple newsletters. Impossible to get rid of them.

Crappy company.
Besides the newsletters...I will never order anything from them again.
