The RIU Vallarta Mexico is one of our favourite hotels . Rooms are lovely and very clean . Grounds are beautifully kept . Staff are amazing , friendly and very helpful . Food and drinks are fantastic. Anyone thinking of booking the Vallarta do it it’s Fantastic . We got on public buses , walked and used uber /slash taxis whilst there and never felt unsafe or had any issues . Gustavo at the shop on the beach outside the hotel is much cheaper for trips

Stayed at Messonghi Beach Hotel Corfu. An amazing holiday. Resort has recently been taken over by new management with a lots a refurbishments made. Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious for a family of 6. Food in main restaurants was great with plenty to choose from. Pool side snacks, crepes and ice cream the kids loved. Great entertainment for adults and kids alike of an evening and pool side. Would definitely go again.

The blue princess grand canaria is an amazing hotel great staff fantastic food beautiful scenery we had a beautiful 2 week honeymoon all inclusive they even put a bottle of cava on ice with rose petals in a heart shape on a 4 poster bed and a box of chocolates and a note saying happy honeymoon congratulations on ur marriage....thats customer service....all in all we couldn't of asked for more

We were there in May 2024. We chose this hotel after we were with our granddaughter Lillie. Was great. We recommend this resort to families with children.

We stayed at bluebay beach club in gran canaria..what can I say about this place..amazing views amazing staff who go above and beyond..foods great and plenty choice..beers cheap..the hotel is huge so takes a while to get around. The pool area and gardens are amazing and well maintained..

Theo Sunset Kissonerga

An excellent hotel. Ideally located for us as we had a car. Close enough to Coral Bay and only a short bus ride from Paphos Harbour.

The hotel was spotless in all areas. Rooms were adequate and we had a lovely sea view in this trip. The staff are exceptional at Theo Sunset. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was nice to be waited on in the bar area and the staff ensured tables were clean,and glasses full.

The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and the adult only pool was perfect for chilling out in the afternoons.

The quality, variation and quantity of food available was spot on. The restaurant staff very attentive , tables cleared and the entire result area always clean.

I will return to the Theo Sunset next year as my visit was so enjoyable.

I've just book a holiday to Turkey, can't wait!!

The pergola hotel was absolutely brilliant , especially the cave bar and 2for one cocktails . Spotlessly cleaned . Would defo stay again . Staff amazing too .

Absolute scam. Liars. And when you notice the scam and enquire they cut you off live chat then block you from commenting on their Facebook posts. Complete liars believe nothing you see. Can't believe they get away with it 😂

I have tried 3 years in a row to book an advertised holiday with various companies that advertise using ulook . None of the prices are real . Today I tried to book 5 days all Inclusive for 250 to benelmadena guess what 389 same flight excuse live price . Went on the site 15 mins later 250 advertised from asked for the 250 deal not there as it live prices. Why can they do this has anyone ever got the advertised price.this one is advertised by travelie

I have used this company twice in the last couple of years and have been very pleased with the price I paid and the service I got. I gad to pay a bit more than the advertised price due to being a solo traveller. I always add my luggage on after my booking is made as I'm never sure if I will be taking a full size case until nearer time of departure. I always arrange my own transfers too. I recommend this company and will definitely use again.

I saw a holiday to tenerife for November for 3 people it was 365pp rang it went straight up to 500pp it should be called ulookbutdontbook

I called this this morning to book a holiday advertised by them a £169 pp. Initially I got through to someone calling himself "Kevin" but he interrupted the call and I was left on hold for an age so I put the phone down. A few minutes later "Kevin" called me back and we started to discuss the holiday booking. As I explained earlier it was a holiday advertised by them a £169 pp. For 2 people this would amount to £338, that bit is not rocket science but... "Kevin" the telesales agent came up with a figure of £499???. According to his reckoning that is what it would cost for baggage (which was already included) and transfers which are advertised on the holiday at just £5 each. When I told him what I was reading on screen on his advertised holiday he told me "that's all wrong".

I told him I was ending the conversation as this was total rip-off. Not unsurprisingly, "Kevin" did not call me back. His "pitch" had not worked. I would advise anyone looking to book a holiday to avoid Global Hoppers completely.

Whatever the holiday is advertised at you will find when you phone to book the price will jump up a minimum if £200

Stay away from at all costs!!!!! Shambles from start to finish. Booked holiday through GLADESTRAVEL to feutreventura flying from london gatwick 22nd december to club Drago park hotel with heated pool for obvious reasons. Flights were cancelled 3 days before flying so it was either pay for more flights or lose the holiday. Only flight they could offer us was a flight from Gatwick to edinburgh then on to feutreventura which we paid a lot of extra money for. One day before we were due to fly our hotel was changed, we were NOT phoned about this change only notified by email, the day before!!! No heated pool. Anyway, home journey was a disaster!!! Transfer turned up 11 hours early so we had to pay 85 euros for a taxi! We could only check into our flight home once at the airport which we were so nervous about because of the previous issues we have had and low and behold more issues, baggage which we had previously paid for wasn't booked on so had to pay 75 euros for baggage!!
Glades travel were very unhelpful and rude when we phoned and explained the transfer problem we had, and to top it of their emergency number doesn't work. If you are looking for a stress free holiday then please do not book with this company. Stressful from start to finish and a lot of tears!!! ONE WEEK ON...STILL WAITING ON REFUND FOR TRANSFER AND LUGGAGE

Excellent service always get great deals on a holidays and very professional service

They are a comparison price website for several small travel agents. Prices are advertised very low but every time you phone to enquire any of them you get the same excuse "sorry the accommodation on that one is fully booked now" then offer to check other accomadation which comes up as double the original advertised price.

It's obvious they're just advertising stupidly low prices just to get you to phone them then once they have your attention and phone number they try to get you to book an alternative that's nowhere near the original price. It's doubtful that any were even available in the first place ... or if there was it'll be just one room for one person

I've been phoning them for last few days and it's the same result everytime

Also note that none of prices include check in luggage and transfers so unless you're the type that hires a car and travels lightly it can add a significant price to the quote
