Found a lovely cheap holiday in Malta for £258. Spoke to a lovely lady. Only to be told it was £420 because I am travelling alone. The price you advertise does clearly say Per Person.

Txt ulookubook for a final quote for a holliday for 4 in lanzarote which was advertised on their website at £411pp which would come to £1644. When he went through the quote he finalist it at£2199. Thst is a dofference of £555 . Surely add ons of only hold luggage and transfers dont mount to that. Very misleading and i will never use them.

Different price. On the website is one price, when you speak with them is another one, much bigger. Never try it again.

Excellent holiday for Disneyland so cheap had the best holiday and great advise given when booking very helpfully

If you book online you will get an email saying it hasn't been completed and it has to be confirmed via phoning the "customer service" agent. If this happens make sure you record the call as they will quote for items they will not add to the booking and leave you with extra costs to pay after the fact.
In doing some online research you will find this has been done repeatedly - from transfers and flight dates to baggage.
"Customer Service" will fob you off, and ABTA back them - BEWARE!!!!

After making a complaint to ulookubook they handled the complaint appauling there response and attitude towards me a customer was beyhond belief they were unhelpfull unproffesional in all aspects of the complaint The complaint was against a hotel i booked with them that was a hotel for the french, i got food poisning, and the hotel was meant to be a four star but just made a two if i had read the terms and conditiond it says that they will not be held responasable for a rating of ahotel so there for it you end up in a slum which i did tough luck

its the best way i have ever booked a holiday .I was able to look at witch flight i wanted which hotel i wanted and was such an easy site to understand,plus it was the cheapest.

I booked through ulook because i am assured of a friendly ,reliable,reasonably priced holiday experience.

i recently booked to go to Cala Dor Spain as alast minute thing with ulookubook.
The price was excellent, flights Monarch and accomodation right in the centre. i spoke to customer service team - a lovely lady helped me book and pay as i am not absolutely computer literate, and it was a fabulous break, hassle free .
The ulookubook staff were polite and extremly helpful.
I will book with them again.

Easy to use website and helpful staff over the phone. Competitive pricing.

Only slight problem was that, following booking on the Internet, email confirmation did not come through. On telephoning UlookUbook, it transpired that the Easyjet flight booked as part of our package had increased in price and we had to pay slightly more to continue the booking. Better links to Easyjet would assist with this issue.

Would use UlookUbook again.

We were a bit worried as this was our first time booking online and not with a major holiday company, However the holiday was excellent from start to finish. inc flights ( EASY JET) were excellent, First time flying with them could not fault. Do not believe everything you see on the T.V. As for the transfers and accommodation could not fault Brilliant. Excellent all round.

The initial rep i spoke to was very nice, but when i phoned back to speak to her i was first told she no longer worked there, then she was unavailable. The next rep ignored my instructions, charged me more than the previous rep and failed to explain the price breakdown! I will not be booking with them again.

Easy to navigate website, easy booking transaction, very good communications

Booked a holiday for two to Turkey. Company could'nt do enough to ensure all our needs were catered for. Will use and recommend them to friends in future

I cant fault any part of our city break to krakow. The place is fascinating and the people are lovely and friendly. The accommodation was perfectly situated. A lovely small hotel with friendly staff and a yummy breakfast. Rooms immaculately clean. I would happily go back. Great place and great value for money.. Just needed longer there!! Xx
