Had an issue with the delivery by DX - the usual no access/not available false excuses. After emailing Ultimate, all was resolved very efficiently by Laura.

Just purchased online heavy duty pvc coated fencing and associated wire/staples etc. Immediately receives all online purchase documentation. The full order was delivered within one day and I’m delighted with the quality of everything, the DX courier was spot on and I was kept updated on delivery tracking.

Ordered 100 rebar ground fixtures, best online price I could find. Bit concerned with the lack of reviews but decided to go for it. Email confirmation of order and dispatch. Courier emails for delivery received and had the items within a few days, no issues. Quality of product is good and would use them again.

I'm well happy with the Quality of the metal lawn edging I ordered, as well as the Very Fast Delivery. A perfect customer experience!

Issue with order not arriving and cannot get to speak to anybody. Very frustrating! Take your money and don't deliver the goods and then zero customer service!

I recently ordered some treeguards and hoops from them. Their products seem fine and competitively priced, but they need to use another courier than DX if I am to buy from them again. The hoops arrived promptly with another courier, but the guards with DX had no time slot and were dumped outside my house by a man in an unmarked van who did not even ring the bell at 2.20. I had by then wasted much of my day with calls to U-1 whose rep was eventually told told by DX it could be delivered any time between 11 and 2 pm.

So many companies letting me down lately with sloppy service. Not these. Ordered wire mesh and nails and it turned up on time. Nice to know that there are still companies that do it right 👍
