Paid for goods, never received. Rude and arrogant customer service, most of the time they just didn't respond. Had to get the credit card company to sort it in the end

Got the spare part I needed for a gen1 and it arrived promptly.
Spot on experience, no bother at all.

I ordered again for the European Union. It went well. (I paid with Paypal). I did not have to pay customs tax upon receipt of the package.

Didn't know exactly what parts i needed but martin helped me out all parts arrived spot on.Have your vin number handy when you ring them it will save a lot of time.

We have been dealing with Ultimate parts for many years and have always found them to be a superb source of knowledge and parts for Aprilias. They have vast stocks, and know their stuff.

I'm the latest victim. The seller doesn't answer any question, only ask for more orders.

Avoid them. Never delivered the items and communication was absolutely shocking. Finally resolved after over 2 months but not by them. Paypal had to step in and resolve

Never buy it from here if you are outside UK. They take orders but never ship or ignore any calls or e-mails from outside UK. This shop is only for domestic UK clients who can legally claim under UK law. Never use this shop from any other jurisdictions!

i have ordered alot of parts from them 3-4 times now and istil dont have enythink and they wront respond on the e-mail so dont order enything from them.-
