Lock was installed on my new door I was advised of oiling key 6 monthly which I had no idea I would need to do and I ordered the oil from the company to maintain guarantee

Safe, secure and reliable

Don't bother...get yale keys...these Ultium are awful, had 3 new doors fitted and 3 new Ultium locks fitted, sick of trying the get the front door key in every time I get home, and the rest of the family are the same, we all complain about the keys all the time, they don't glide in, it's like metal on metal trying to push the key in, and the barrel is very lose on the front door, ordered an extra key that cost 28 quid, far to expensive especially when we have purchased 3 locks aswell, you would think once you bought the locks they would give you a discount on another key, and putting the graphite power in the locks every month of so to try make them easier to fit in the locks better is a complete waiste of time and the mess it makes is aswell, black matks everywhere and a chore to wipe all the graphite power off, I would never recommend Ultium locks to anyone, we're gonna get all 3 door locks changed back to Yale

Good afternoon, I purchased two on the keys , on the understanding that you buy two, and get a third free . We only received two keys. Sorry for the delay but have been out of the country. Please could you let me know if I will receive the outstanding key.

Amazing quality lock cylinders got three for the whole house, having them “keyed alike” is so handy.

Extra keys arrived with un requested caps on which unable to remove. Uncaring Cutomer service people advised me to a) watch U Tube video which still too much to be able to do, b) get help which not available for me, then c) return keys to them for cap removal. Expensive product for which they seem to take no responsibility. Keys may be super secure, tho very pricey. Wish I had not had these locks.

The quality of your locks are amazing

Lousy returns policy and unwilling to accept they sent the wrong item.
Returns are at the customer's expense and there's a 25% re-stocking fee on top of this for locks ordered to an existing key.
Beware. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Sales are lovely people but customer service couldn't give a hoot 😡

I ordered an Ultion Nuki 2025 for a customer to fit to a new door we manufactured. As our door opened outwards and not inwards as is usual for front doors Sue contacted me to inform me the lockcase we were using would need to be larger to make the Ultion lock work. I purchased lock online so they could have just despatched it and we would have tried to use a lockcase that would have been wrong!! Instead we did some research and found a lock that worked. Sue was a massive help and saved us having a big problem when we fitted the door with the Ultion lock. Thank you.

Website is easy to manoeuvre for registering keys and ordering additional ones. Quick next day delivery with DPD. It's great that there are different colour key covers available to order and they are easy to put on.
Looking forward to using the key tracker and the app on my phone. Great idea!

It's a very easy process to follow, the peace of mind is worth so much more

the locks are good and secure but when it comes to buying spare keys you are the most expensive apart from Timpson's surely its more beneficial to your company to sell the keys at a reduced cost

I came across Ultion when looking to improve the standard 1* lock that came with my new composite door. I purchased their 3* euro lock cylinder that is recommended by Sold Secure. I then used a discount code to purchase the 2* handles for extra security. I had an issue installing them so reached out directly.

That's where I came across Luke Sherry, their Customer Service Manager. Quick response to my query and photos I sent. Turns out I needed to remove the Cylinder Guard that was making it impossible to install the handles.

Luke explained how and showed the location on a photo I sent. 2 minute job to install correctly and now I've got essentially a 5* locking mechanism for my house. Great customer service Luke!

In time, I'll be upgrading my other external locks to these Ultion 3* locks too.

Yes, they're pricey, but what's £60-80 for a lock that's going to help protect your home and valuables. They feel and look secure, and the reviews seem positive and a good deterrent to opportunistic thieves.
