Needed some led track to fit between the slats on our camper van ceiling . This does the job perfectly and the diffuser gives it a really professional look. Spoke to Tom on the phone and he promptly sent me an invoice . Paid at lunchtime on a Tuesday and it was with me at 8.30am Wednesday. Excellent service. Highly recommended company.

There was a problem with the delivery address (my fault) and Fedex returned it to them. They immediately sent out a replacement with no fuss.

I had some questions regarding products and spoke to Thomas H on the chat bot. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and then when I had a problem with the ordering due to something being out of stock. He then sorted the problem via email and emailed me a quote to accept and pay.

Currently having a new extension built and I knew the type of lighting I wanted but unsure exactly what I needed. I contacted Ultra LEDs a few times to ask for advice.

Thomas got back to my straight away with the items I needed. First of all I was pointed to the right LED plaster-in profile which was perfect and delivered in no time.

Next I needed the LED strip, and due to the long length needed I was really unsure which to buy so there would be no drop-off in light. I thought I knew but just contact Thomas again and he knew exactly what I needed and let me know what I needed to do soldering wise on the corners.

I will definitely be using Ultra LEDs for my next project outside.

I ordered a 5m COB LED strip and dimmable driver. Product was great and the delivery was super quick. Would use again.

Great company to deal with if you are looking for any bespoke LED lighting solutions. I found all their staff friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The Tagra LED sheets were a new product but worked really well for backlighting a backsplash area. Would highly recommend and use their services again in future.

We purchased a quantity of Orac Decor LED coving for our latest renovation project, however upon installing it we were shocked to find the LED coving is transparent and the light was shining straight through. We contacted their customer services to ask for a solution and see what could be done, we were then wrongly advised the LED strip HAS to be placed into an aluminium channel, we then purchased just under £100 of channel on top of our original order as the coving was now glued to the wall so we had no choice but to spend more money than originally budgeted for to fix this issue, even in aluminium channel the light still shines through.

It then transpired the advice they provided was incorrect, and they didn’t actually know the manufacturers installation guidelines for a product they say they sell lots of. I can only presume they told us it had to go into aluminium channel to sell more product (they did offer a ‘substantial’ discount to fix the issue they created of 4% on top our original discount of 10%). Their incorrect advice has cost us in extra materials, lost time, extra labour costs and a lot of hassle back and fourth as they try to pass blame to me. Overall a very bad experience of the company and appalling customer service, we will be returning to our previous supplier LEDSpace from now on as their customer service is better and their products are properly described with all the information you require to make informed decisions, and they’re cheaper!

Incredibly helpful, as always. In 2022 I purchased the Syndeo plug & play LED lighting system, and unfortunately the remote dimmer with this product is very unreliable. Thomas and Sophie from Ultra LEDs have been extremely helpful and understanding after two units failed - and replacements were sent very promptly.
