Probably my favourite online outdoor gear shop.
Simple, non-fussy web site (a bit Web 1.0 but none the worse for that)
Gear is default sorted by weight which makes a nice change (rather than pushing 'recommended' or 'most popular' products)
Great range of brands at very competitive prices
Very fast despatch - usually the same day.
Default courier is Evri, which could be a nightmare for some, and used to be for me.
However since creating a ULOG online account there are multiple delivery options, including Royal Mail 48 for free, so all is now good
Have used ULOG several times and will use them again in the future

Exceptional Service
What excellent service. I had unfortunately lost the lid to my life straw. I contacted a number of companies including life straw themselves. It was This business that responded with true customer care sourced a replacement and provided this at no cost (I had fully expected and would have been happy to pay). They were responsive, incredibly helpful, persistent in tracking one down and incredibly kind. I couldn’t recommend them more highly and I will definitely use them again. I only “do” reviews in exceptional circumstance, and this was one.

Quality gear at great prices. Excellent customer service I was helped out by both Lois & Bex when troubleshooting a faulty tent, they quickly arranged for the return of the faulty item and sent out a new one. Can't fault them! I will certainly be using this company again!

I recently bought the Gossamer Gear "The Two" trekking pole tent and two of the Gossamer Kumo 36 backpacks from Ultralight Outdoor Gear, and I couldn’t be happier with my gear and the great service I received.
Buying from Ultralight Outdoor Gear was a wonderful experience. Their website is very helpful, with detailed reviews and specs on almost everything they sell. What impressed me the most was their listing of the exact weights of each item—important info for anyone wanting to go ultralight. Their descriptions of both "The Two" tent and the Kumo 36 pack gave me all the details I needed to make a smart choice. The ordering process was easy, and my gear arrived quickly and well-packaged.

Exceptional and unique offering
I like the Ultralight store. Its approach to testing and weighing gear is unique and thorough. I would guess it has saved me an average of 2 kg on my multi day trips. This purchase was for an Exped Lightning 60l which is an exceptional pack. Ultralight explained the upgrades in the new version. The supply was on time and not many sites carry this new version.

Not very impressed with the staff who worked there and answer the phones, quite rude very opinionated also some of the items I bought from there have been complete rubbish!. II have been hiking backpacking for a very long time longer than the owner of that company so I do know what i am talking about the products and the past time I wouldn't recommend that shop.Emperors new clothes anyone !.
