Very shady, always keeping annual reports hidden, among lots of other things that they keep hidden
Got their ad today and did some digging. Very clearly not a legit charity. They claim to be transparent but they don't actually publish their annual reports, which no respectable charity would do. Also, you cannot effectively "work closely with local communities" in 23 countries and distribute only a million meals. They do also go around writing their own reviews and replying to threads calling them out. Best to avoid; there are great charities around that do disclose financial information and actually work on a realistic scale.
They look legit, checked them on DeepSeek, instagram , YouTube feels like donations reach those in need . Donated my self as well ❤️
Can someone confirm my money doesn’t go to scammers ? One negativ review is enough
I highly admire Umma Foundation’s approach to helping children and communities in need. Their projects are not only beautifully executed but also deeply rooted in self-sustainability, ensuring long-term impact rather than just short-term aid. What sets them apart is their strategic partnerships with credible and well-established charities, allowing them to reach areas in crisis swiftly and efficiently. This model of collaboration and sustainability is exactly what every charitable organization should strive for.
Massive respect to the founder and leadership team for their brilliant and forward-thinking approach to humanitarian work. If you’re looking for a transparent, reliable, and impactful nonprofit, I highly recommend supporting ummafoundation.org!
