Difficult Company BUT!!! They Realised Transaction
I Receive the email on 04.04.2024 that the parcel is ready for collection and 05.04.2024 the parcel was delivered great courier company. I'm very happy the product quality is Perfect. There is issue witch answering on email. Now i will try contact the company to pay them for the items because bank reverted the transaction. I would say Yes I recommended the company but, you have to decide what you thinking about them. Over a month waiting 3 mails received of them the communication is very poor. I will contact company again and will see how it goes. I hope i can make another's deals witch them if they respond for my messages and they will informed me what happening why the waiting time is soo long..
My history with these company:
(The company respond every 3 emails not respond for call. 1 month waiting for my parcel and still wasn't been sent. Great REVOLUT job they reversed the money it's wasting a time and money with try to buy any think of them. Would like to receive email witch apologise. They should send the goods as compensation. Will update if something will change.)
