It might work better in London or other big cities
It seemed like a good idea to use unbiased to find me a local financial advisor, however they matched me with an AI consultant. I was looking for a real person to talk to. I guess there aren’t any on the site in my area.

Mis-sold their own capability.
I live remotely. I just started a new job with a defined benefit pensions scheme. Unbiased could not pair me with an adviser and when pushed it paired me with advisors who did not advise on DB schemes. I have no way of getting advice which isn't going to cost me at least £1500. Thanks UKGov, I'm on my own because I'm not paying some commission based toerag to devalue my future. Unbiased don't provide the service they claim to. Don't bother.
Update:
I already spoke with unbiased contact email address on 19th March 2026 and they matched me with an adviser on 1st May after the second attempt . This adviser did not provide the service requested and was a broker only interested in shifting their own product. I have responded to TrustPilots request for information. I can't respond to your response but unbiased will not be able to provide the service they claim. I continue to hold my original review as correct and factual.

Really disappointed with my adviser, I try to get hold of her & have my emails repeated ignored & unanswered!! She either is too busy or doesn’t care! Will be finding someone else that can assist me better!

Give more time for meetings to be arranged
After initially saying that you were unable to find an adviser, you provided me with the name and details of one upon my reapplication. However, within a few days you were asking for feedback when the meeting I arranged hadn’t even taken place! You need to provide an appropriate amount of time for meetings to be scheduled and take place before asking for a response.
