I wrote you at the time. I will NEVER use your site again. You lost my gift wrap for the gift and there was NO way to reach anyone, even during posted business hours and the ordering site was a disaster. (the gift was much appreciated) but your infrastructure has lost a customer. I delete all the stuff / links you send me. NO intention of ever using you going forward.

Always responsive, their quality is impeccable, with items unusual enough that I feel proud of giving them as gifts.
