Total scam online never a good win double scatters and low payouts for a month now and they take billions from their scams

This company started a procedure which I thought would drag out but the company showed compassion and empathy and the staff dealing with it in the later stages should be commended. They get a bad rep on some of these review boards but when the chips where down they showed their human side.
I would recommend them. Their customer service have a hard job but they are fair.

I don't mind losing a bit of money but with Unibet it's pure scam.

This is a complaint regarding Unibet Australia, but it is the same company-I was betting on sports and each game I bet on had the "live" feature available. I won the first two bets and then on the third game the live feature was still next to the game but wasnt working. I rushed to get them to cancel the bet because it seemed as though the game had been cancelled because I couldnt see the progress of the game. The game played out and I won. On the fourth game I bet on the live feature had disappeard again (even though) it said it was there. Because I couldnt see the live action- I had no chance to hedge while game was in play or use cash out. I was winning and the live feature mysteriously disappeared. I wont use them again I feel as though I was tricked.

By registering with this casino, you will be cheated right from the start. They promise you a welcome bonus that you will never receive. When I inquired about my bonus,it turned out that my account was blocked from receiving any bonuses. The support operators who provided me with explanations were completely incompetent.They relied on some generic script that in no way clarified the reasons for this fraudulent block. I deposited and played with Unibet in good faith. After winning, they froze my funds and repeatedly demanded the same documents, which I provided multiple times. Even after escalation, they continue to stall and refuse to release my money.

I have now escalated this case to eCOGRA (ADR) and am prepared to involve the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). This treatment is unacceptable — no customer should have to fight this hard just to access their own money.

I won $200, when I tried to withdraw they asked me to send in bank statements, photo ID and copies of my credit card to prove who I was and that the money was mine....
Even though I had already proven my identity they were unhappy that I wanted to withdraw winnings. After jumping through hoops and multiple emails back and forth they eventually gave me back my deposit only and did not give me back my winnings.

Reading all this negativity makes me wonder, I think the problem lays with these players not the staff nor the site. I gamble a 100 a month just for fun and not once!!! Have I had any problems I always got my money in the bank WITHIN the minute!! The games are nice, never had ‘a scamming doubt’ its just luck. The staff is super polite but yet informal (in a good way) and don’t give you that AI/robot feeling. They talk to you like a regular and thats important to me. Prob the fastest responding costumer service ive had not only on casino sites but websites in general lmao.
