Returning item is impossible

I wanted to return my item (after fitting) the day I received it, which should be possible. But I had to fill in an online form first, which does not work. (I have to select the item to return, but I can not select.) So I can not apply for a return.

I reported this problem two days ago by e-mail and the online form (with ticketing system). No response.

If I call I get an Italian recorded message.

Now I have a pair of sunglasses I do not want and I can't return them to get my money back.

Do not buy here if you want any service.
