Scammers selling fake sunglasses ,the person behind it is called Max Maloney a shameless fraudster that takes people`s hard earned money and sends fake and faulty products. Ordered Tom Ford sunglasses a year ago , the metal on the side started to rust and becoming green after only a month,it seems to be made from cheap tin rather than metal. I contacted them and after months of emailing he finally sent a replacement which was in worst condition than second hand condition , deep scratches on the side and rusty again. After I complained again and asked for refund he agreed to send another replacement and it is the same quality started to rust after a month. All this process took over a year as they do not respond to emails and I heard all the possible pathetic excuses like ( "online form does not work", "my employee dealing with the problem left the company"," I forgot to answer the email as I was very busy"," you did not respond straight away so I though problem is resolved", "my email does not work", " I was away", "the factory stopped production it will resume after 2 months" and so on...). The last response suggested that I should buy metal polish and special cloth and polish the metal myself and that this was normal to happen on sunglasses that cost 250 EURO !! ( the metal is inside the plastic frame therefore any attempt to polish will scratch the plastic badly which I believe happened with the second pair that was sent to me). This is the service and products you will get from UNITED SHADES if you like burning money go for it , if not pay a few euros extra and buy the real deal, their prices are cheaper but you get what you pay for. I made a costly mistake and left me with unusable sunglasses , hopefully other people wont.

I bought $900 Aud Bvulgari glasses off here for $560. Sooo much cheaper than anywhere else I researched. Super fast delivery to AUS. My package arrived in 4 days. Will absolutely order off here again. Highly reccomend!

I submitted my order over the weekend (30-31 July 2016). Everything went through but the order remains in "Processing" status and despite calling their helpdesk (which goes through to a fax machine) and contacting them via their web form I have had not response.

Paid for priority order, week later still not dispatched, no phone number or live chat to contact anyone. Submitted two webforms and no response - a true joke of a company!!

I bought a pair of Emperio Armani womens sunglasses to about half the price (Danish shop prices). I ordered friday morning, and not even an hour later I recieved an Update stating that the parcel was ready to be shipped. Excellent tracking and update service. - This monday afternoon I just recieved them - I did not expect Them to arrive this soon! Ordering, service and delivery has been excellent, and this has been one of my Best experiences shopping online! Be sure, I Will spread the word and give my full recommendation! :)
