Pet screening/ unprofessional representatives
I tried to do a pet screening and ive been waiting for 3 months for the paper work to go through and nothing. They keep saying it will get done. I tried calling today, the guy on the phone was so rude and hung up on me 3 times and finally yelled at me and said "lady you have issues" I laughed and said for the 3rd time I need a manager. Decided to mute himself and I repeat i need a manager and than waits a few mins than puts me on hold for now 20mins

Super quick turnaround & the therapists…
Super quick turnaround & the therapists letters are detailed with the legalities of housing as it relates to emotional support animals. I presume it’s helpful to add the references of the housing act in case your landlord tries to give you any issues. Overall very satisfied with my results & service.
