Dangerous driving

In order to gain customers you should firstly at least improve your outside image and do not endanger other road users. We were driving around 13:10 in A406 .today (Sunday 18th) And the driver of your van decided to play it smart in a traffic undertaking us without checking the lanes and then he dangerously break checked for a couple of times in front of us also harassing us. And when we used a different lane he cut us off for another couple of times. The van’s target YF21 WMM.

Don't know who was driving R068 XKP…

Don't know who was driving R068 XKP through East Sheen today at 12.15pm but they should be banned from driving. It's 20mph. You stay within your driving lane. Clearly they dont know how to drive. Absolutely dangerous, stupid and reckless driving.

Health and safety training division doesn’t know road safety himself.

Health and safety training division? Just doesn’t include be safe on the roads according to one of your drivers. Today the driver of RO68 XKP a little foreign looking man decided he didn’t like that I was doing the actual speed limit and wanted to harass me by coming right behind me then when he had the chance to over take he flew past at probably 45/50mph and only end up infront of me. This was at 12.41pm down beddington lane going towards the roundabout near the sewage plant and the builders on the corner.
Shame your drivers don’t understand speed limits.

Disappointed

Disappointed. Usually use a mobile mechanic but he was on holiday. Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and then asked to be informed of cost before repair was made but simply received a text to tell me the job had been completed. Was not given any choice as to type of repair and a very basic repair was made which I had to pay £150 for instead of offering me the choice of a full repair. When I asked about this they simply made excuses. Then car started making noises upon locking and I called to ask for some help and was told I would have to pay for further diagnostics as this could not be due to their workmanship. They seemed to psychically know this without even looking at the car. Disappointed with the performance of the office staff as they do not treat customer well. On the shop floor people are polite and helpful, but the office staff are very displeasing.

Absolute shambles ..

Absolute shambles ... serviced car and ever since picking it up the service light kept coming on !!!! 4 times it went back.... eventually took it to fords who diagnosed solenoid sticking due to wrong grade oil used.... £450 bill - car serviced Jan 2021 Oil change and solenoid replacement required Feb 2021 - referred to by manager as darling or babe ... not sure if he realises we are in the 21st century!! Basically answer provided was prove it’s not the right oil !!! So called the Motor Ombudsman’s and surprise surprise they have decided not to participate with the Motor Ombudsman so they are unable to pursue for me .... that says it all really doesn’t it!! STAY CLEAR OF UNIVERSAL TYRES YOU HAVE NO WHERE TO GO IF YOU GET A PROBLEM - I will be now be going to the small claims court!!

Amazing Service and Prices

Second year running I needed a new tyre for my BMW. Spoke to Kwik Fit who quoted £239.99 fully fitted. Yet again Universal, Springfield Rd, Chelmsford, smashed it with £185.00 fully fitted. As well as this massive price difference the levels of service and friendliness are worlds apart. Kelvin, who I also dealt with last year, treated me like a long lost friend. Even though it was my first and only dealings with them last year he remembered my back operation. He could not have been more friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Unbelievable guy. As my warranty on my BMW has now gone I will now use Universal for ongoing service of the vehicle. The BMW dealership is quoting £350+ for brake pads whereas Universal looking at £175 ish. As you can guess I definitely recommend these guys. doc number 02C38524. date 040320

They should not do bike tyres

They should not do bike tyres,
I picked up a puncture on my Michelin road 5 rear tyre, nearly new, I got told that they could repair it due to it being a z rated tyre and regulations wo t let them be repaired and they could get fined if they were found out to have repaired one, so at a cost of nearly £200.00 for a new one, I find out a few days later that Michelin dont need do a z rated tyre and the road 5 is a w rated one, and Michelin recommend they can be repaired twice,
I would say I was proper ripped of but with benefit of the doubt I put it down to they dont have enough knowledge about motorbike tyres to be fitting them

Motorcycle Tyre Repair

I called into the Croydon branch to have a puncture repaired to the rear wheel of my motorcycle, when I checked the completed repair I saw that there was still a massive hole in the tyre? I have had enough tyre repairs to know that the rubber stem from the mushroom plug should be cut flush with the surface of the tyre so future tyre wear is even, what has happened is the rubber stem of the plug was just pulled off or stretched and cut causing it to be too short. I raised the matter with John at the desk who was utterly disinterested and said Naw it's ok Mate...! Disappointing as I bought a set of tyres from them, I will not be going back.
