I contacted customer support before making the purchase to ask for some information, and I was impressed by how quickly they responded. Their answers were clear, precise, and thorough, which gave me confidence to proceed with the order.

Update: After some difficulty obtaining the product I was interested in due to it being out of stock, I finally managed to get it (UColor Apex – 19-inch 4K UHD QLED 144Hz monitor).

After nearly a month of use, I can say that, so far, the product is solid and performs well.
I mainly use it connected to a PS5 for FPS games. While it’s not suitable for competitive play due to the 9 ms input lag, it’s an excellent compromise for achieving 120 FPS at 4K, even when away from home.

The design and build quality are excellent. The price is high for this type of product, but for those who, like me, need a portable display with these features, it’s currently the best option available on the market.

I am about to buy a Uperfect product because after a long search I found it that is the best from every point of view.

Uperfect has good quality monitors at a nice price point and size and I've had a good experience with customer support. I purchased a monitor that did not fit my needs and when contact with customer support, we discussed various options until we found a solution that worked with me and the company.

I love the monitor. I connected it to my Samsung Note and a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse so I can use my Note like a laptop.

Ordered a Delta touch pro and after 3 days heard nothing from them. After sending them an email to check on status, they reply with an A.I auto response. Later that day they respond again saying that the item I ordered is out of stock and will be for a considerable amount of time, and offer me to change the order to a different product or to cancel the order and get a refund.
Since then, they have not responded to any emails or messages. I'm about to start a charge back as they will not reply.
Awful company, that are starting to look like thieves! Avoid at all costs.

The order arrived within a week of placing the order. The package was professionally wrapped. Description of the monitor - the image is beautiful and sharp. Even when the sun shines on the monitor, everything is visible. The monitor is thin and light. The equipment for the monitor is perfect. The colors could be more pronounced and in dark games you can see the LEDs. But the price-performance ratio is a perfect product. I am so surprised that I want to buy another monitor.

Ordered the UColor Apex 19” 4K UHD monitor and customer service was great, getting in touch immediately to get it shipped to me faster than forecast. Screen is outstanding engineering - sleek and high quality build with great picture quality. I travel a lot and have to work on the road and having a second bigger screen is critical for me, so the extra screen space and 4K resolution was a major upgrade on another Innovision monitor I had been using. That said, a couple weeks later I saw the chance to upgrade further with a dual screen monitor (which has the added benefit of eliminating the need for a screen cover or sleeve by folding face side) by getting the Delta Max Touch dual screen folding 18 inch monitor for a long trip I was taking. Unfortunately they emailed a few days later saying an inventory error meant that they were out of stock, promising to fulfil it a couple weeks later but too late for my trip. I asked to cancel the order since I wouldn’t be able to use it on my trip and they promptly did so without any fuss. Great customer service and great product.

Outstanding customer service. Replied to all questions promptly. Readily sent a replacement monitor with no issue after first monitor was damaged by transportation services. I was "very" happy with the quality of the monitor and its thinness. Also had a wonderful rubber stop-base at the bottom of the metal frame to prevent monitor from falling. Also had a nice and adjustable "kickstand" to help position the monitor in tight places

I can’t say much about the product itself, but I can say a lot about their customer service.

I ordered a K118 touch monitor, which arrived damaged. The touch layer was cracked, causing false touch inputs and making the monitor unusable. Even though the display still showed an image, the product was clearly broken and not as advertised. I provided photos and videos as proof.

Their initial response was to offer a $60 refund on a $350 product, claiming that this was the price difference between the touch and non-touch version. I declined, as I did not agree to keep a defective unit. I requested a direct replacement.

They then claimed the product was discontinued and unavailable in my country, despite the fact that it was still being sold on their website. Eventually, they sent me a return label and stated that I would be refunded once the item arrived at their warehouse and was inspected.

The package arrived and was delivered successfully. After waiting over a week, I emailed them again and received no response. They also failed to respond to my PayPal dispute.

Thankfully, I paid via PayPal, who are now handling the refund.

I had high expectations, but due to the poor communication, misleading statements, and lack of accountability, I will never order from this company again and do not recommend them.

Excellent Product and Service !

The screen is beautiful (I purchased the 24-inch model) and lightweight enough to move around easily. The after-sales service is top-notch and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Initially I thought this could not be true when I got my first portable monitor from Uperfect 2 years ago. The delivery was quick, arrived well packaged and within 5 minutes I was up and running.
What I liked most was I could just connect the USB-C end to my computer and bang without needing to connect to a power source although that option was also there depending on your model. I then ordered the touchscreen, then the dual screen. They have a 2 year manufacture's which gives me peace of mind. So many manufactures out there but Uperfect ticks all the boxes.

Got one from amazon and bought another too.

Waited a week without news about delevery, when i then sent them a mail, all I got was that there had been som issue and the product i had bought was out of stock.

No news on how long it would take or anything..

If you take the best product but have an issue and not be able to get support, how likely are you to recommend that product? Not only did I have a great experience with a UPERFECT LapDock (used with Samsung Dex), but a top experience with support when there was an issue. This is a combination that is hard to find.
