I recently completed the Certificate IV in Human Resource Management through Upskilled and had a very positive experience throughout the course.

When I first started, I was progressing quite slowly and lacked confidence in my ability to complete the qualification. At the time, I was also dealing with personal grief, which made studying particularly challenging. However, Zaiba my trainer was extremely supportive and encouraging and the flexibility of online learning allowed me to work at my own pace and continue moving forward when I was ready.

The learning platform was easy to navigate, and the course content relevant, and provided practical knowledge.

Zaiba's encouragement, understanding, and timely feedback helped me stay motivated and build my confidence throughout the course.

Completing this qualification has been a significant personal and professional achievement for me. I started off quite anxious and nervous but from the beginning of my learning journey, Zaiba provided consistent one on one mentoring sessions that helped me stay on track and build confidence in areas I initially found challenging. As someone with no prior experience in computers or administrative work, I found her approach extremely patient, clear, and reassuring. She took the time to explain concepts in a way that made them manageable and less overwhelming.

What stood out most was her ongoing encouragement and the way she acknowledged my progress. She regularly provided positive feedback and praised my successes, which helped motivate me to continue with the course, even when I felt unsure of myself.

Great online course. Resources provided are incredible and plentiful. Easy to comprehend text, educational videos, online-interaction, virtual machine environment are some of the fantastic ways that Upskilled use to help educate during this course. The self-paced structure makes study a pleasant experience, with plenty of support from dedicated Upskilled staff.

My experience with Upskilled has been positive and I’m grateful for the support I received while completing the Diploma of Information Technology (Cyber Security).

The course itself covers a lot and some of it is quite advanced, especially if you’re coming into it without already being in the IT industry. For me, one of the best parts was the help I received from the ICT department and student support. They were encouraging, professional, and it felt like they actually cared about students getting through the course.

That support made a big difference. It helped take some of the pressure out of the harder parts and made the whole process feel more manageable.

Overall, I’d like to thank Upskilled, especially the ICT team and student support staff, for the guidance and encouragement they gave me throughout the course.

If you want, I can also do a slightly stronger 5-star style version for each one, or a shorter more casual set that looks even less polished and more natural.

I've been studying a Diploma of Counselling through Upskilled and I could not recommend this company or its employees any higher! The tutors for this course in particular are extremely professional, knowledgable and patient. I had to take study break and the staff were more that obliging and understanding which made the learning much more self paced and stress free for which I am very grateful. I’m currently completing the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Administration) with Upskilled, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with Zaiba Khan as my Program Coordinator and mentor. I can honestly say she has made this entire learning journey so much easier, more enjoyable, and far less intimidating than I expected.

From day one, Zaiba created a supportive and psychologically safe environment where I felt completely comfortable asking questions — even the ones I thought might sound silly. She is friendly, down‑to‑earth, and incredibly approachable. Our 1:1 mentoring sessions were always relaxed and helpful, and we often chatted about things outside the course as well, which made her feel even more genuine and easy to talk to. That personal connection made a huge difference in keeping me motivated and confident.

I was especially nervous about the number of role plays required across the modules. I’m not an outgoing person, so I was stressing about them before I even started. But honestly, they were nothing to worry about — they’re much easier than you think. If you don’t have someone available to help you complete them, Zaiba is more than happy to step in and do them with you.
