Good service, Prompt delivery.
Only issue was due to the fact I was not familiar with the products. (I knew I needed a UPS battery) It took me a long time to work out the connection tabs were of different sizes whilst the battery specs are the same. Hence I simple battery guide would have helped. I was looking for a GP1245F2. I eventually bought a GP1245F1.
F1, F2 refer to the connection tab size!

Excellent service, staff very helpful, prices are good and delivery is normally very prompt. On the one occasion we did have a delivery problem they sorted it out by dropping another unit in person. Cant rate them any higher - Fully recommend.

Replacement APC 1500VA Smart UPS batteries
The price from UPS Power Services was almost half of other suppliers, I know this was due to being not branded APC batteries for my 1500VA APC smart UPS, I was assured the batteries were from the same source and indeed that appeared to be the case when I received them.
They have been installed and used for a few months now and I am very pleased with delivery and performance

Friendly service from the company
Friendly & knowledgeable service from the company - it was delivered quickly & works well keeping my fibre modem/router on regardless of any outages or power dips. This has increased my line speed due to the mains stability I now have.
