Really, REALLY love this online store. Stock my preference on brands for one. There are often sales or discount codes to use for money off.

A big reason I like this site is that each and every item has a detailed description with bespoke sizing advice that you don’t find anywhere else. No copy and paste from the manufacturers descriptions here!!! There are measurements of the individual item, information on how it will fit and recommendations on what to expect from the garment/wear it with. Just exceptional attention to detail that, for me, makes a huge difference.

Also, a live chat function that I used recently further displays great customer service.

I don’t work for Urban Industry nor do I know anyone who does (I’m nearly 300 miles away from the actual shop). Credit where it is due, this is how online shipping is done right.

For one, Urban Industry had the jeans that I wanted. I had bought a pair of 'Edwins' from them before (Walked into the shop as I was passing that way). Top quality denim and with button fly,.. for me jeans are not proper without a button fly. So really happy that they still had some in stock. I might even buy another pair for when my first pair wear out.

Excellent quality trainers at a great price, delivered in good time and kept up to date on the whole process, would recommend and definitely use this company again, one very happy customer 👍

It was the same genuine Carhartt Coat i had tried on while travelling. It was close to 40% off RRP (inc tax and freight) and was delivered in 1 week. I was advised constantly with delivery updates. Absolutely I would buy from Urban Industry again.

Excellent as usual from UI. I'm pretty much a sale price only shopper & the fact that UI have accurate stock level information on everything I've purchased from them is really appreciated. I try to source items from independents whenever possible but can't count the amount of times finding a bargain has turned into, sorry we don't actually have any stock here's a refund. So many times that I usually ask before attempting to purchase. I don't have to do this with UI & every purchase I've made with them has gone smoothly & been delivered quickly. I guess they stock brands that I like & I can usually find something that appeals to me at a fair price. They do a good job & I'm happy to be a repeat customer.
