The guy was very pleasant and informative about what he would be doing whilst he was here.

From initial point of contact to installation the process has been relatively straight forward. The pricing was competitive and the team have been very helpful and professional. The final installation was conducted professionally but two fantastic installers and the displays look great. The reason why this was not a 5 star review was a blip in the communication, which led to a miscommunication on installation dates and scheduling. This was resolved, but did require my chasing. We are now looking to transfer additional sites to Urban Planters based on this positive experience.

Duncan comes to our office and is always polite and friendly. All our plants that are maintained by him look lovely.

We are very lucky to have Dan service our plants at our corporate office in Manchester - he is so great to work with. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to share his knowledge when asked. He is also a great problem solver and quick to offer solutions where he sees an issue, or just gets on with things and resolves things I hadn't even noticed. The care he provides to our plants is exceptional but he is also just a lovely person to work with - it makes Urban Planters such an easy vendor to work with, I couldn't speak more highly of them.
