Karen is brilliant at taken care of our plants. She does her job thoroughly and takes her time to make sure the many plants in our workplace look wonderful and well taken care of.

Reliable, unobtrusive and our plants always look healthy and well cared for.
So much so we're just ordering more of them!

Susan Gibbs is very friendly and goes about her job quietly and informs us of any issues. Always a great service at Christmas time as well when it comes to putting up Christmas trees and taking them down early into the new year.

Jared Linzell visited our hotel today to inspect and work on our plant systems, and he was absolutely amazing. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident that we were in great hands. His attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. We truly appreciated his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable and skilled.

The plants are gorgeous, the office line (Holli) is always very responsive and helpful, good systems in place for attendance and reports etc.

Shoutout to Jared our main attendee - he is reliable, friendly, and you can tell he has a real care/knowledge for what he does!

We have had some few little snags along the way but nothing out of the ordinary that needs specific mentioning.

Jared provides an outstanding service. He visits our London office fortnightly to maintain our plants and consistently demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and genuine pride in his work.
Our plants are always healthy and well cared for, and the green / living wall in our reception showcase area looks exceptional. His work makes a noticeable contribution to the overall workplace atmosphere and creates a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

You do what you say you will do. Susan turns up when due, carries on with checking the plants in the office with little disruption or fuss to colleagues. Plants are never dry or in poor condition, susan does a great job and is always professional.

Their interior and exterior plant maintenance are brilliant and reasonably priced. They have a wide range of Christmas tree and decorations for festive season. And our technician Craig Gibson is great at what he does.

Staff are friendly and helpful and also explain what works have been completed.

We have had the pleasure of Lynn visiting us for plant maintenance over some time. She is always thorough, prompt and arrives with a cheery disposition. We always look forward to her arrival. She is quick to determine any issues with the plants and takes immediate action. Fabulous service to our Edinburgh office.

Our company has been using Urban Planters for years and since Daniel Connor has taken on the maintenance of these, our plants have never looked so good! Dan gets on with things and makes no mess with no disruptions to the office.
