UrbanStems customer service is incredibly helpful, responsive, and cares about the customer's experience. Would completely recommend. A friend sent a gorgeous orchid that was partially damaged. Unprompted, the company offered different options to address the situation.

Angel and Carol were both very helpful when there was a carrier issue with my order; they were so responsive and helped me resolve the issue to get my flowers re-sent!

Carol assisted me when I accidentally included the wrong delivery date for my order. Her response was prompt and clear, and she resolved my problem.

Jhonna worked hard to make up for my disappointment with the first delivery. I was given a credit and ordered peonies to replace the original gift from dear friends. I knew the peonies would arrive in bud form but 4 of the stems never blossomed. They just “rotted” from the inside out. The ones that did open up were beautiful.

Carol was great and helped me add a note to my flowers after I checked out! Thank you for the quick support.

The flowers I had sent arrived a bit wilted. I submitted a complaint online and it was handled within a day. Jhoanna helped me get a new bouquet delivered to my friend a few days later. I really appreciated how easy it was to fix the issue.

I liked the UrbanStems was responsive to my concerns; Verelli answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and Rosalie was at the ready to follow up. What I didn't like was what led me to reach out, which was the bouquet initially delivered to me was damaged beyond repair as it was not packaged appropriately. The card from the sender/gifter was soaking wet, not readable. The gift was to include some cookies, but there was no note or anything informing me of that, and letting me know the cookies would arrive under separate cover. Thankfully, Verelli and Rosalie were there to send another bouquet!

Angel was great to work with to resolve my issue. I really appreciate the no-hassle customer service!
