My husband ordered a bouquet 6/24/26 to be delivered 6/26/26. The flowers were delivered AFTER we went to bed, so I’m assuming some time after 10pm. The planned surprise was ruined. The flowers sat outside all night and were mostly wilted and smashed flat.
6/29/26 Jhoanna issued a refund to correct this issue. I will also state, the flowers would have been stunning had the delivery not gone terribly wrong!
7/1/2026 I’m here again to change my rating!! Jhoanna sent a replacement bouquet which arrived today - I was not expecting that! Thank you Jhoanna /Urban Stems for making things right and making my day!!

I ordered flowers for a significant birthday for a dear friend. Only days later did I realize that I input the incorrect address for delivery! On a tight timeframe, Angel helped ease my mind by working with FedEx to correct the address and assist the delivery to the proper house! Angel was patient and kind and the flowers were delivered correctly. Thank you!

There was a slight issue with the delivery of flowers that I was receiving as a gift. Johanna and Angel resolved the issue quickly, professionally and in a very kind manner. It was a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend the company. There isn’t customer service/satisfaction like there used to be. They restored my faith that good companies still exist.

I just used Urbanstems for the first time. They assisted in same day delivery without a problem! I noticed some differences between ordering online versus over the phone -Jhoanna worked extremely close without for the entire morning making sure the flower selection was right, delivery was on track, the card was included and proper length. She is a superstar! Would work with her again!

Urban Stems sends beautiful flowers every time. My experience has always been excellent. Any questions were answered promptly. Everything was taken care of at a top notch level. Absolutely exceptional customer service. Jhoanna was nothing short of amazing. They put out a excellent service/product and pair it with unparalleled customer service. Can't Recommend enough!

I don't get their business model. They have beautiful floral arrangements which they send via FedEx or UPS so what has happened to the TWO deliveries of flowers I've sent is that they were just dropped off....no doorbell ring, no text, nothing. According to reviews but NOT STATED in their order page, it is up to YOU to notify the recipent when you get the notice that the flowers have been delivered. How weird! "Hi, please look out your door/check your mailroom for the flowers I sent that have just been delivered!" In the old days, they were surprised when the delivery company knocked on their door and handed them the bouquet. So, BE ALERT to when the arrangment is dropped off and BE SURE to let the recipient know it's outside. My sister's bouquet to celebrate her 80th birthday froze on her doorstep while she and her husband were inside having no clue anything had been delivered. My friend, who I sent the "replacement" bouquet to, found out from a neighbor it was sitting down in their mailroom. Wirecutter highly recommended them. Won't be trusting Wirecutter anymore either.

Angel was flawless with her communicating with me and a big help make me understand everything.

I placed an order today and had some questions which were immediately answered and resolved by customer service agent, Angel. She was absolutely amazing. I didn’t have to wait long for service, and she was so friendly and helpful. Such an amazing all-around experience with urban stems! Thank you so much, Angel! I’ll be back!
