I did the online theory Day Skipper course with Urban Truant; the website is very user friendly.
We explored different providers to do a Practical Day Skipper course for myself and Competent Crew for my wife and kids. After looking at other larger providers we decided to go with Urban Truant, expecting a more personalized experience.
They exceed our expectations. The trainer, Alyce, was excellent. She knew exactly what to do in every situation, had everything planned perfectly in advance and was very patient and engaging with the kids. Two of us are Coeliac and follow a Gluten-Free diet. They catered for our dietary requirements, with very good quality food.
