I ordered the “THE WEEKND BLINDING LIGHTS BLAZER“ and it arrived in 4 days. The quality of the blazer is great and it is nice and comfy :) Great team helped me heaps through the order.

I placed an order for the unbrella academy klaus shearling coat. I mistakenly ordered style1 when I wanted style2. The coat is well made & will be perfect for Chicago winters. However, I did order the wrong size(due to my covid weight gain, my measurements were off) anyway, customer service was quickly responsive & I was easily able to exchange for my size & correct style...thankyou

The jacket that they sent to me is in no way identical to the jacket depicted in the Ben Hargreeves listing, with misplaced zippers, missing details and black fur stitched inside. On top of that, I ordered a large size and it did not fit my frame anyway, and I matched my size exactly to what they indicated in their sizing guide. I am completely disappointed, I sent an email regarding what they sent me and provided photos and I haven't received a response lately. If you are like me and you are interested in a leather jacket with a hoodie similar to the one worn by Ben Hargreaves in the show, I would advise you to avoid this online store like the plague that it is, as it has no concern or worries about what they send to customers.

The customer service is good. Unfortunately the jacket did not fit. I returned it. Had some initial issues, however, customer service came through and rectified my issues.

I ordered a Tron jacket in a large instead of a medium, and they were amazing in sorting out the confusion. They were polite and fast in their response. Over all five stars!

The customer service is the best I've ever had. I ordered the Akira Bomber Jacket and although they couldn't give me the patch that goes on the chest (because of Covid-19 safety issues), the quality of the jacket is great so I can't complain. And any issues I've ever had they've replied and solved within 2 business days. Very quick responses and always helpful. Thank you!

I ordered The Mission Impossible 2 Tom Cruise Blazer in 3xl and it fits very well in 3xl and the customer service is great because when I first received the blazer i thought it was not the jacket I had ordered but after comparing the jacket I had received to the jacket that is shown and also emailing USA jacket about the issue which customer service was quick to respond regarding my issue it was the jacket that is shown and I am very happy with my jacket

I purchased the Party Poison My Chemical Romance Jacket. The jacket itself looks great and seems to be of good quality. I only wish it were smaller. I'm a very petite female, and the measurements on the size chart suggested that the jacket would fit me. However, when the jacket arrived, it was much larger than expected. (I ordered a women's XS, but the jacket fits more like a men's Small or perhaps a women's Medium). This is something to keep in mind if, like me, you're a very small person. However, customer service was quick to respond regarding my issue, and though I wasn't able to return the jacket and there was no point in trying to exchange it, I was given an alternative solution. Overall, this seems like a good company if you're looking for well-made cosplay pieces.

I recieved excellent customer service from USA Jacket. I had ordered a size large in the Vikings S03 Bjorn Lothbrok Vest and it fit, but because of my broad shoulders it made me feel uncomfortable. I emailed USA Jacket and they answered me the same day. They were very helpful and worked with me on getting the size I wanted.

My fiance and I became such fans of the DARK series in Netflix that made us interested to get the same jacket as Jonas’. I googled and saw USA jacket offering the exact famous yellow hoodie! I immediately ordered two jackets as we wanted to wear it on our upcoming prenup photoshoot. The customer service was superb and it is so true when they said that shipping worldwide will only take 10-13 days! I am from the Philippines and I received the package on the 12th day. How cool was that right? When my fiance and I finally met, we opened the package together but the one I ordered for him didnt fit him well. It is too small for his body. I took the chance to email back Lisa of USA jacket to ask if they can send me a replacement - a bigger size. She then replied back right away and offered me two options! So so so generous and considerate! She told me that I can keep the product I received and they will send me a new one of my preferred size FREE OF COST and I will only need to shoulder the shipping fee of $55!!! I almost wanted to cry upon reading that. Now, my third jacket from them is already being processed. :’) USA jacket’s customer service is really something! And 5 stars is seriously not enough for such outstanding service they have provided me. I ordered a Thomas Maze Runner The Death Cure Jacket and and sadly was the wrong size, the company was quick with responding and gave me options to find a solution. The jacket was great and good quality just a bit to big. Can’t wait to get my other one.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing from this website, but I have to say that I had a great buying experience. I purchased the Gentlemen tracksuit and it did not disappoint. Quality was good and it looked very similar to the one in the movie. The pants did fit smaller than the size I ordered, but customer service was able to get me the correct size at no charge, just shipping.

USA Jacket is an amazing company. Fantastic customer service. I had to exchange a jacket for a larger size and they were more then helpful. I never had too wait days for a return email. I ordered the Rocketman Patch Jacket and it did not disappoint!!!

My daughter got the Back to the Future Marty McFly Puffer Vest. The quality is excellent, very nicely made. Shipping was fast and the item was packaged well. Customer service was very responsive and helpful We found the ladies sizing to run very small, my daughter is tiny and ended up with a Women's Large so it may help to double check sizing before placing an order. But overall my daughter is thrilled with the jacket.

Order was shipped very quickly and has great customer service .There was an issue with my order regarding size but customer service fixed it very quickly and I get a new jacket now.
