We recently ordered a jacket from USA Jacket, it was the I Am Not Okay With This Sydney jacket. It was GREAT quality however it was a tad too small for my daughter due to the lining in the jacket. I was able to get a replacement for a small fee and got to keep the too small jacket - so my daughter and I will be sporting matching jackets come fall/winter in Texas! I will definetly order again from USA Jacket!

Very good service. Even if I had a problem they are there. Very polite. Amber is really nice to talk to. She gets back to me quickly. No complaints.

I ordered the Leather Sleeve Khaki Green Cafe Jacket and it fit a bit smaller than I thought. The quality was nice and the support staff was very helpful and polite. They offered multiple options to remedy the issue. To be honest I never ordered from them before and was a tad concerned; but, they have proven to be reliable so far. I will probably order from them in the future.

I ordered a jacket from the movie Drive (the scorpion jacket Driver wears) and everything came out great, especially the scorpion in the back was spot on like in the movie. Great customer service and communication on their part, very helpful with my order.
Overall a great experience with USAjacket, would recommend them :)

Kudos Black Leather Jacket
I ordered my vest from "Black Leather Jacket" during Covid 19 where their website advised shipping would be delayed due to the pandemic.My vest arrived much earlier than expected and is of very good quality.
However there was a fit issue and when I contacted Lisa Amber at customer service she promptly offered an acceptable solution.
Great product and great customer service.
Way to go Black Leather Jacket!

Hey, I just wanted to say a few words about this company. First at all I found it because I wanted to buy my Drive jacket. So I say USA jacket! Hmm that's nice, let's check it. I'll see they have sale of this jacket, the other nice thing for me. So I order it. Jacket came in week or two, I don't exactly remember. But everything was awesome. I had little problem with delivery, so I wrote on their Facebook page. We made everything working fine again and my jacket is home. I'm looking forward to another cooperation with these guys! Love ya from Slovakia.

Awful just don't order from here its a scam i ordered a 150$ jacket and it was plastic garbage!! and was falling apart.

Great service, the jacket was a little small and they processed the exchange very quickly.

I got my jacket, and it was beautifully made. The fit was larger than I expected (sizing for women lists their sizes based on chest, but not the jacket size or other body measurements). I contacted them about an exchange, and customer service has been really prompt and helpful. I'm getting a new jacket, properly sized and just paying for the shipping and custom size fee. Can't wait to receive the new one!

Update: The new jacket with custom sizing is exactly as I requested, I'm really happy with it.

I bought a happy sunrise jacket from Stumptown and it arrived very quickly via DHL. The jacket unfortunately did not fit, but USA jacket costumer service was incredible and amazing and they were able to refund a small amount. The quality and craftsmanship of the jacket is incredible and it is exactly as described and also exactly as it appears on the show. Will Definitely be purchasing from them again.

I am from Germany and was searching for a special coat and USA Jacked had it on their webshop. Had a bit scepsis ordering in USA from Germany. And also doubts about seriousness of the shop and the quality of the goods. I did a lot of research before I placed my order here but no risk, no fun.
I was positivly suprised after receiving packages from USA Jackets today via DHL. I placed the order 4 days ago. I am also overwhelmed from the quality of the jacket - if they say "real leather" then it is! Very nice! I bought the Outlander Jamie Frasers Coat in 2 different sizes because I wasn`t sure. But then I realized I need a 3rd size (M) because L and XL (I ordered) are to big. The support was very fast and we found a good solution to get the right size.
So 5 Stars: Fast Delivery, Fast Support, Good quality
