Not a reputable service!

Don't waste your time with this company. The tech did not know what he was doing and flooded my whole kitchen while trying to repair my brand new dishwasher. Tried saying I had an electrical problem so I should contact an electrician. Called customer service and they did NOTHING about it. They shouldn't be paid $1 for this service.

Inconsiderate NON-RESPSONSIVE

On April 8, 2025, two US Appliance technicians performed a warranty service on a GE stove but were dismissive and ignored important information we were trying to tell about what happened before the stove died. They incorrectly diagnosed a wiring harness issue and left, promising a follow-up within 24–48 hours, which never happened. I tried several times to contact US Appliance by phone and voicemail went unanswered. The following week I called GE who also tried for the next two weeks, but also failed to get a response from US Appliance, leading GE to assign a different service provider.

If I could give 0 stars I would

I paid for a warranty service through Allstate Squaretrade from Home Depot and they set me up with US Appliance Fix to fix my dryer and they were supposed to come today between 8a-12p and they never showed up. I called and they told me they moved me to Saturday and that they called me. I NEVER received a call, text, email NOTHING. I took the day off from work to be at the house to have the repair done and it was a waste of my day and now they are wasting my Saturday. I begged the rep to give me the first appt at 8am and was told they don't do that. I had to call them to confirm they were coming and was on hold for 15 minutes before the rude customer service representative came on the phone and told me the tech was sick and he lied and said he called me to tell me. I asked for another tech and he said no, Saturday is the new appointment. He was rude, nasty, unapologetic. He also told me he was sending a confirmation text to me and to a second number and NEVER SENT EITHER ONE. I had a similar issue last year with this company and SquareTrade gave them to me AGAIN. They are unreliable and nasty. I asked for a manger or supervisor to call me and I've yet to receive a call. Customer Experience 0 - Aggravation 100 - no one cares to be nice or communicative anymore.

DO NOT USE U.S. Appliance Repair

US Appliance Repair – Unsafe, Incompetent, and Unaccountable

If Samsung, LG or any appliance manufacturer assigns US Appliance Repair for a warranty repair, refuse it.

We had an absolutely terrible experience with US Appliance Repair, which was sent by Samsung to perform a sealed system repair on our smart fridge. The technician was completely unqualified and, during his repair attempt, set plastic inside our fridge on fire. This fire released thick soot, which spread through our home and contaminated our HVAC system, causing thousands of dollars in damage.

Our security cameras recorded the entire incident, including the multiple fire alarms triggered by the soot. Despite this clear evidence, US Appliance Repair has refused to take responsibility, and Samsung has done nothing to hold them accountable.

Beyond the fire hazard, the technician:
• Failed to properly diagnose the issue, incorrectly claiming the compressor needed replacement.
• Performed poor workmanship on the filter dryer, which we had to pay another company to fix.
• Lacked basic repair skills and safety awareness, putting our home and family at risk.

If I could attach photos of this botched repair and the soot damage it would be very evident of the complete ineptitude of the technician they sent to do this work. The fact that they did not take responsibility for this error tells you everything about the character of the management and leadership of the company.

After researching US Appliance Repair, I found many other complaints from customers about their incompetence, along with fake positive reviews seemingly written by their own employees. They operate in Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, so if you live in these states, be very cautious.

Bottom line: Samsung contracts with negligent companies like US Appliance Repair, leaving customers to deal with the consequences. DO NOT trust them with your appliance repairs.
