Ordered a PCI Firewire card from this company.
Order arrived within 3 days but was not the item I ordered.
Phoned twice and left message and phone and email details.
Sent three emails regarding this order and after my last email six days after receipt have still not had any communication with this company.

When ordering/paying - asks for BILLING address (for credit card)
stating that DELIVERY address can be entered later (which I did) however USBnow ignores this and DELIVERS to BILLING address
meaning that it cost me more to collect the item.
Also - no response from USBnow to any queries about address error

Item arrived next day and worked perfectly. Compared to other sites, the item was significantly cheaper too (approx 40% cheaper). Communication was also excellent and polite.

Extra happy as the item purchased allowed me to rescue very precious photos from a hard disk from a broken pc.

Return of faulty items: USBNow does not refund the return postage!
After I received an item with the securing holes not aligned, screws too small and the supplied screwdriver did not fit, I was advised to send the item back by the expensive 1st class recorded service. The invoice was refunded but not my postage, despite my complaining. Next time I will buy from Amazon: they pay for the return of faulty goods, hassle free.

Can't praise the team at USBNow highly enough. My PC failed and I desperately needed to recover the data from the Hard Drive and was not sure which way to proceed. They gave me some great advice and sold me an IDE/SATA adapter kit that allowed me to connect my Hard Drive to another PC and recover the data I needed.
