Extremely disappointed with their service. I've been making multiple purchases recently, and it's been one issue after another. First, they sent me the wrong color. Now, they shipped my order to an old address—even though I always select my current address when ordering.

To make things worse, customer service told me to go knock on a stranger's door to try and retrieve my parcel. There’s no guarantee I’ll get it back.

The system won’t allow me to update the default shipping address, and the order confirmation email doesn’t even show which address was selected. By the time I saw the shipping confirmation, the package had already been dispatched.

They charge a handling fee but clearly don’t double-check shipping details or use common sense. My billing address was correct, but the shipping address wasn’t—so now I’ve wasted $128.

Great customer service. Responded quickly and gave me fair options.

Not sure why each item has to be above 50 for free shipping? I was planning to buy 3-4 items which was below 50$ each. I saw that I had to pay $12-$16 shipping charge for each item, which makes no sense. So I ended up just buying one item. Payment process is very hectic as well.

I recently purchased an outfit for my daughter’s wedding coming up….Received my outfit and it didn’t fit comfortably. I reached out immediately and the response was amazing. Both chat option and emails were received and the communication was timely and delivered with such kindness. I really felt like my purchase mattered along with my satisfaction which when dealing with today’s technology and long distance a rare occurrence. Although I probably won’t have another occasion to buy for in the immediate future, I would definitely purchase from Utsav Fashion agin.

I ordered two pre stichted sari. Just looking like a WOW! Exactly like the pictures and fits perfectly! I had size 36. De blouse is a little bit big. But i can make it to my size! I have normally 36. I think a 34 would be to small. The fabrics and stitches are very good. The delivery was like they say. The services are very good the chat So thank you for the quick help! The package was very good separatly each sari en the box was sealed.

A bit nervous on the timing of receiving the product. It arrived, but it arrived later than expected. But nevertheless, the team communicated well with me when I reached out and I had everything with me on time for when I traveled to my friend's wedding.

I had questions about sizing and they were very helpful. I loved the outfits I purchased, all 5 of them! The quality is excellent and they looked like they did online. The prices were very reasonable. I will be purchasing more from Utsav Fashion in the future!

I disliked that the color was very different from the advertised picture

I was disappointed with this product. The color was not as pictured. Blouse was olive but on screen described as gold, the saree fabric while beautiful sheen the edging was cheap looking and very flimsy. I will use it for an alternative event but not for the intended event.

GREAT SERVICE, VERY QUICK

It’s great shopping with Utsav. However I wish they would make more Salwar Cumeez with ethic designs of elephants and extract designs in cotton and rayon.
