Simply ring us 10 minutes from the airport and we will meet you at the terminal you are departing from, unload your luggage and take your vehicle to our secure car park whilst you enjoy your holiday / business trip. Fantastic service

Fantastic service! Same distance from the airport as the larger providers but so much better. Smaller mini busses, only go to the necessary terminals not on a loop. Drivers helpful and courteous and pickup on way home was literally 5 mins from making call to them, car was pulled out and ready and waiting to drive home, no walking round a huge carpark dragging cases. Will definitely be 1st choice in future

First time we have used these guys and…

First time we have used these guys and it was spot on, especially compared to the cost and service provided by other firms we have used in the past. Our driver Pat even gave us a door to door service to our car, literally! Our car was safe and the staff on both journeys were lovely.

Fantastic experience with Vacation…

Fantastic experience with Vacation Premium Self Park! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making everything smooth from the start. The transfer to the airport was quick and efficient, and pick-up was just as fast when we returned. Really convenient and stress free highly recommend!

I’ve used Vacationcare 7 times in the…

I’ve used Vacationcare 7 times in the last 2 years. Never let us down. Down to earth staff, great communication and you can’t beat the price. If you want your 6 minute transfer in a 26 plate Merc to the airport with a driver with no customer service then go pay £100 more. We from Liverpool and them Manc lads and girls treat us like VIP. On arrival at vacation care

On arrival at vacation care. We waited 15 mins outside in a dark dodgy looking car park in the cold. The office was dirty and scruffy with a filthy sofa that i would not have sat on. the office stunk of weed.
When the mini bus arrived that also stunk very strongly of weed. Very Worrying when you are being driven to the airport by someone that must have been stoned. When we arrived back from our holiday we rang the office. We were told to go and wait in the multi storey. We waited 45 mins for them to arrive. We were cold and tired so a 45 minute wait is unacceptable. We were not impressed with this company it looks like its run by day release from prison people. Dodgy.

Insulting and talking back to us!

When I got there they made us wait in this awfully office that stinks of cigarettes and who know what else... looking at this guy just laying on a mucky sofa watching tv.. while I stood up...in any case we waited round for about 10 minutes and the shuttle still not there...she asked me to pay 10 pounds extra I knew this that with this was happening because I've used a service before however last time it's all good and smooth this time the service kept getting really really bad we waited and waited, waited finally after 30 minutes away this van appeared they made me open my own door stung again of cigarettes...dropped us off at terminal one even though I told him it was terminal 2 but that was all okay no problems there however when we came back I called them to come and pick us up they took like 30 minutes so I couldn't wait for the toilet anymore I went to the toilet and he finally to decide to turn up didn't even wait for five minutes and left in the excuse was they can't wait for us we can wait for them but with they can't wait for us called again they said oh that'd be there in five minutes they're just coming back... but nothing..called again again said there in five minutes and so on until I hour passed and we were still at the airport in that freezing cold and waiting in an area that said it was forbidden to wait so dodging guards and people saying not to stand there and the one with appear I am it made me really upset when we got into the shuttle that the man kept arguing and arguing and insulting my son and insulting me and just wouldn't give up and he said: I'm gonna take the long way home...and I went well with your petrol and he goes no it's the companys petrol they've got an American Express with unlimited petrol money... so it's not my money so I don't care...and so on and he was just so unfriendly it was an old man that looked like a homeless guy without any deterrent of what he was saying and just stunk of marijuana and cigarette and kept talking back to us until my son got it all under control and his only 15 but I couldn't get through to that man we finally got to the office they gave me back the keys I did not say a word as I was so upset! my car was so dirty I don't have a clue why the car was so dirty apparently under cover in the parking space and we even left things in the van just to rush out and get our of there! but never mind never in my life will I use this company! beware they're just not professional enough.I do not recommend.

Shocking

We returned from holiday on 7/2/26 and was told by Vacation Care that their minibus had broken down but to get a taxi back to pick up our car. We was told that the company would refund the taxi fare of £12.80 and to leave our details but nobody made contact. I then phoned the company to ask about a refund but was told I'd been wrongly informed, that the bus was a complementary service, and that they would only refund the £5 barrier fee. I left my bank details but even this wasn't refunded.
It seems they will do anything to avoid paying out when something goes wrong and you would expect a service like this to have more than one minibus.

Pretty good

Reliable service although I thought that the £10 surcharge (on arrival) was a bit misleading. When booking it looks as though this might only be for high vehicles. It should be included in the upfront costs.

The instructions for pick up on the email reciept are also well out of date: you don't have to go up a level to meet the transport.

If you are a traveller please don't ring them until you have collected your bags and escaped customs. I ended up waiting half an hour for a couple who asked for pick up as soon as they had landed.

Airport parking for Manchester

We have been using airport parking for 30 years.
We’ve tried them all, including private taxis, which are now a nightmare on pickup.
The drop off with Vacationcare is so easy. Courtesy mini bus is spotless. Receptionist and drivers so friendly. Told it is now under new management.
Pick up on return is precise and efficient.
Will certainly be booking for next June.

Superb service again from these guys

Superb service again from these guys. No one can beat them for reliability, courtesy and above all, value for money. Parking with Vacationcare just takes another stress out of planning your holiday

Very easy to find

Very easy to find, no hassle at all, drove us to the airport no problems, on arrival our flight was delayed over 90 minutes, rung the number, was told where to go (email needs updating as it has wrong information as to where to go, not the grey hut, walk to express pick up) luckily it wasn't raining as there is no shelter there, and it's chaos with all the other pick ups. This obviously, nobody has control over - drive back to collect car was smooth, collection of car was no issues & all staff were very helpful.

Only issue I found was on arrival at the car park, when handing car keys over, you're asked to pay the airport barrier charge on top of what you've already paid - which isn't stated. Apart from that, as a first time user of this company, I would use again as reasonable prices & hassle free. Cheers

A long wait & dreadful service.

On returning to Manchester airport at around 2.20am, we collected our baggage & immediately rang the carpark to pick us up. They said the minibus would be five to ten minutes. Forty minutes later we rang again to be told "he's on his way, we are busy." It was early hours, we were tired & cold. The minibus arrived after fifty-five minutes waiting. The driver was rude, he made us put our own cases in the van, as he did with the other passengers. There was another couple who had just arrived & they couldn't fit in, he shouted something at them in an angry tone, waved them away & drove off. Not the experience we are used to from Vacationcare. Very disappointing. We will think twice about using them again.

Mix of good and bad service

Had a good service when dropping off the car, my son left his phone in the car they dropped it off quickly after the call. Which we really appreciate.

But on arrival it took them soo long to pick us up and to our surprise the drive said you will have to let the kids sit on your lap as he is picking other family from another terminal. With 4 suitcases, throwing them on top of ours with no care. Meanwhile you knew two family will be arriving, we paid for excellent and quality service but the pick up service was terrible

Excellent service with a smile

From booking to returning found Vacationcare excellent
The price was the best around(even with the £10 entry & exit fee) . The professionalism at booking in very efficient the minibus was waiting and the driver loaded our cases
We were dropped off outside the terminal entrance the driver unloaded our cases and politely wished us a nice holiday
On return we were advised where to be picked up( 10 min wait but under cover and a shorter pickup time than some other companies) the minibus was spotless and the driver very polite
My car was waiting on arrival at the car park and I was passed the key after confirming my name
Very good service would certainly recommend and use again

Parked here after having a nightmare…

Parked here after having a nightmare with parking limited who cancelled our booking 20 minutes away from the airport. These guys fit us in straight away, the girl on the phone was lovely and the transfere to and from the airport was speedy, comfortable and the driver was chatty and friendly. Car was absolutely fine when we got back to it, they’d even put the windows down for us because it was boiling. I’d definitely use their service again and I’m really unsure what all the negative feed back is about as we had no issues at all.

Wonderful Service & Staff

Wonderful! 3rd time using them!! Such friendly, reliable service and this time - at the last minute, my son locked our car keys INSIDE the car (!!) they helped us get them without having to call the AA which was so kind - a HUGE thank you! We made the flight and our holiday because of them.... Thanks so much we will see you again soon! :-)
