I was easily able to search and purchase the property I wanted.

We called to book a room at Copper Mountain through VacationRoost, the room we saw online was not available so they suggested a "comparable" room "just outside" the resort. Clearly their definition of "just outside" the resort and our definition are VERY VERY VERY different! Turns out it wasn't even in the same CITY!!! We called to see if we could get a different room on the resort like we had originally requested but it was going to cost us over double the original rate. We told them to cancel our reservation with them. I want to backtrack a little bit, leading up until our arrival, we thought we were dealing with Copper Mountain. I cannot believe a reputable company like CM would ever allow a scam like this to use their letter head and their name to book rooms on CM property. Imagine our shock when we showed up at CM and there was no reservation waiting for us. When talking to the agent to try and sort out the situation he blamed us up and down. The situation was never resolved (they tried contacting us the day before we left, but that was WAAAAAYYYYY too late), they STILL have our money and our entire vacation was spent room-hopping. We were there for a race and VacationRoost made it impossible to get the practice runs in we needed. Vacation Roost is a SCAM, they are LAIRS and they are THIEVES!

I was planning a ski trip to Alta, but being a newbie skiier I had no idea how to even start planning my trip. I called VacationRoost and the Destination Expert I spoke to was unbelievably helpful and walked me through the whole process: from ski rentals, to directions to the lodge and even tips as to which runs would best be suited to my skill level. Working with VacationRoost has been hands-down the best vacation planning experience I have ever had and I definitely plan on booking with them again soon!

I have worked with many online travel agencies over the years to plan the perfect vacation for my family. One aspect that stands out to me about VacationRoost is the in-depth knowledge of destinations in ski town they offer free of charge to help me finalize my vacation. In specific, my husband and I went to Telluride CO this last summer and I had many logistical questions about the resort, activities, village access and town.
VacationRoost was quick and professional about answering even the highest level of questions to assure we would have a perfect vacation! I would recommend VacationRoost to all my friends and family who are planning a vacation to the Utah or Colorado area.

I used VacationRoost to book my Labor Day weekend vacation in Jackson Hole. The destination expert was very knowledgeable and friendly. The cabin we booked was wonderful, and in a great location. The weekend was awesome, and VacationRoost definitely helped make it an enjoyable experience.

I've always had a great experience booking on the VacationRoost website. They have a large selection of good homes to choose from. I've used them Jackson Hole, Breckenridge and Park City.

VacationRoost hooked us up with a room at the Kahala in Hawaii. It just happened to be the same week the Dhali Lama was in town. I wanted a place that was close but didn't make me feel like I was on 'the strip' and VR delivered. Close enough to feel connected but far enough to get away. Troy was awesome when it came to booking our plane, car and lodging. When you spend a decent amount on a vacation you want to make sure it works out. 10 out of 10 - no splash. Thanks VR!

We booked a cabin in Jackson Hole this past ski season through VacationRoost and had a wonderful experience. Our customer service agent had been to Jackson several times and had even been to the cabin we ended up staying in! It was nice to be able to talk to someone who had actually been there to ask questions about the location and experience. We keep talking about that trip and will definitely book with them again next year.

I have used VacationRoost to book several properties in different areas of the mid-west (UT, CO, WY). Each reservation was taken care of exactly as I expected and the properties themselves were spectacular and well-maintained.

We booked our trip within 3 days and researched serveral ski booking agents on line. You guys gave me several options and made it a cinch to book. While in town, everyone in the office could not have been more helpful with letting us print things for work. Great place - will reach out to you again for our next ski trip!

I spoke to an agent by the name of Maria who assisted me with reservations for a condo rental in Kissimmee, Florida. Maria was wonderful throughout the whole vacation. Very helpful to all concerns, the location she helped me to find was all of what she stated and more. We stayed at "The Villas", in a four bedroom condo and it was a gated community with 24 hour security. Great location, close to everything you could want to do and the property was very clean and beautiful. Nice, quiet, and very children friendly. I would recommend this location and site to anyone who is looking to enjoy their vacation with the least amount of problems. Maria even contacted the property to make sure the amenities listed on the site was exactly what the property offered. I am planning another trip and will be using vacationroost.com.

It was a beautiful upscale lodge and everyone had a great friendly, sincere attitude that was definitely reflecting mamagement where the customer's needs were paramount to create a great vacation experience.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood; however, the value was poor given many, many house related issues. For example, ants were present in all rooms, promoted to have flat screen tv's in all rooms--not the case, dresser was broken in spare bedroom, sliding doors entering lanai and in one bathroom were broken, coffee maker/toaster vintage 1990's, not very clean. etc.

Good condo w/ all the things a group needs. Not the fanciest condo in Steamboat but very comfortable. Staff and maintenence were superb. Would recommend to a friend.

The condo was easy to find and located close to everything you need. It was roomy and had all the comforts of home. We took the shuttle to Keystone- couldn't be easier. The kids used the pool and hot tub every day, while I prepared dinner. City Market was close and had everything we wanted and then some and at great prices. We would love to return and would recommend the complex and service to anyone.
