Generally a good research site however too many closed or withdrawn surveys AFTER spending time filling them in, which is frustrating and a waste of time

Really enjoy completing your surveys and very happy with the rewards.
One of the more annoying survey companies
One of the more annoying survey companies - you can try numerous surveys before you find one for which you're apparently eligible then they let you answer lots of questions (and presumably harvest lots of information) then say the survey is full or you're not eligible.
Valued? For Sure!!
Completed a 40-minute survey, only to be told (once they’d squeezed every last drop of data outta me!) that the survey had received enough replies, so no points.
Fear not! Valued Opinions to the rescue!! Almost before I’d finished my complaint text, they’d got back to me & set everything right & awarded the missing points 🥳.
No wonder they’re called ‘VALUED’ Opinions.
Time to leave
I answer most of a survey then get thrown out with no remittance
Surveys
I tried this site for the first time. I find the surveys rather long for the money you receive. I tried to claim a £10.00 M&S voucher but can only receive a text on a mobile or land line. When claiming a reward I got a code, entered the code and followed instructions but it needed a photograph and a document. I did all this and then it locked me out. All I wanted was my voucher. I enjoy the 10 minute surveys but anything longer and I get bored. You get timed out if you do not fit the criteria so what is the point.

The customer service team are mainly helpful when you have an issue. The surveys on the other hand have lost the quality they used to have. You get near the end and then it tells you that you dont qualify.
You can earn a few pennies from this if you let it build over you could use it for Christmas but beware you will have lost them if they cancel your account.
Good to earn a bit extra.
I rarely have occasion to send a query…
I rarely have occasion to send a query or complaint to Valued Opinions and if I do it is about a survey that has failed to pay or has malfunctioned in some way. On these few occasions I find, every singlr time, that I receive a prompt response, am treated with respect and am happy with the outcome. The tone of the communications from Valued Opinions suggests very strongly that they value their members . Cant ask for more.
One of the better survey clubs…
I culled my list of survey companies that were not worth the effort. That said I kept Valued Opinions as I have been with them for many years now. I have never really had an issue to report except for just recently. I sent off two request forms with some issues I was having. Their response was fast and easy to follow. Updated every step of the way. The problem is either fixed or they award you the reward for your efforts. Love that fact it's not a points system as you can easily see the value in dollars that you have. Easy claim rewards also. The only thing I would change would be allow larger claim amount of money. Just even if you offer a $20 or $50 reward would be good all round. Would recommend them to anyone even if not being asked.

they genuinely are really kind thoughtful and wanting to help just couple minor hiccups on radio diary that didn't work won't stop me enjoying doing lots of surveys with them never
Certainly one of the better companies
Certainly one of the better companies. Has its moments with non payments but the company will check it out and pay you where they can. Not always there fault. More the owners of the survey that are responsible. I do recommend however.
Disappointed
Been great last 6 years or so since doing surveys. Suddenly I could not sign in. After contacting them several times to try and reset password, been told my account has been permanently cancelled due to some alleged violation but won't say what. So over £15 in rewards I can't hafe

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs and save your time by using Ipsos I Say if you want to complete surveys.
Valued Opinions will encourage you to sign up, flood you with surveys until you qualify for your first reward voucher, and then stop sending across any surveys. If you then take up the challenge of completing app missions and accumulate enough for a second reward voucher, the company will suspend your account for a fictitious breach of terms and conditions, with no further explanation, and retain the monies that you earned.
This is both theft and fraud as its most basic level, and I would advise anyone considering signing up to avoid this company at all costs. They will get their comeuppance, sooner than they think...
This is easily the worst survey site to…
This is easily the worst survey site to do surveys on. Countless times u will finish a survey and receive no payment, as it gets stuck on a loop at the end of them. It simply won't go back to the original screen to complete the survey and then pay u the money. It also lets u do 95% + of a survey (15-30 minutes of work) and then it screens u out and says "you're a better fit elsewhere" It seems a total con. At best it's technical issues, at worst it's something more sinister.
The surveys always take longer than it says it will too. 10 minute surveys easily turn into 20+ minutes. The payment u receive for them is bordering on slave labour. 50 pence for 20 minutes work, so if u do 3 of them u will get £1.50 an hour. There is a survey on there right now that's pays £3 for 3 hours work, that's £1 an hour. Brutal.
The best survey site is Branded Surveys, they always pay you the money u are due. Swagbucks do too, but Branded Surveys are easily the best of them.
This site simply wants u to do the work and give it all the info, and then it will get stuck on the loop at the end or screen u out after 95%+ of the survey is done. A pure waste of your 20 minutes or however long it has taken to get that far, it certainly won't be quick, and u won't get your payment.
When it works, which is rarer and rarer these days, it's ok, but i would advise heading to Branded Survey or Swagbucks, so that u definitely get paid. They never get stuck on a loop, or kick u after 95%+ of doing a survey.
