Happy with the service I received from this company: needed some cartridges in an emergency and they came through for me.

Very fast shipping. Packaged ok (could be better though especially photo papers). Good Customer Service - provided that you get through to a manager, as the lady on the phone does not know a lot (very nice, just not really helpful). Don't expect to get tracking without first calling them and reminding that you need one, it took me 6 months worth of orders to get in to that stage where I can e-mail them and get the tracking on the day of delivery (they prefer phone calls), even though they are using DPD. If they split your order, no e-mail is sent, so bear in mind that you will know, when it arrives (not earlier), there is a tiny slip in the package, most of the time a shipping label, with very small text. Overall, you will not get cheaper genuine Canon carts anywhere else in large numbers.

I've been using this company for years for all my printer ink requirements and have never had a problem with them.
However, do make very sure that you are on their genuine site as I was once caught out by a clone of their site which was a complete and utter fraud.

Placed an order, duplicate payment was taken for 1 order, I've sent 5 emails to the company woth no response, no item received. They've taken my money (twice!) And have basically run off with it. Do NOT order from them! They are ignoring me now they have my money.

We run a successful computer business (Rapid PCs) established for 25 years. Valueshop is consistently keen with their pricing, delivery is on time and the after-sales service is excellent too. Great to deal with a company that provides such good service. Hard to find these days. Thank You! Mike Cobelli.

Order came within the time scale but was not what I wanted (two black, one colour instead of the two colour one black that I received). The email acknowledgement for the purchase uses only stock codes with no description of the article. This is pretty poor. Unless you make a note of the stock code at the time of ordering, you are not able to check the items against the email confirmation so as to be able to amend the order prior to dispatch if it is not right. I don't believe I've ever encountered a company that does not include the description of the items purchased in the emailed receipt/confirmation.

I have used Valueshop on 2 occasions now and have been happy with the service. Only 1 downside is they don't send email confirmation of the order or dispatch, but if you contact them and ask for it they will give the details to you.

They had the inks I wanted when most were "out of stock".

Excellent price, and fast service - arrived one day after ordering.
Only slight downside was not receiving email conformation of order, which is a little unnerving when ordering from a company not well known.
However, I did receive email back after I contacted customer care to check on my order

Ordered ink and I am still waiting 13 days on for delivery had to telephone and got a lady who said they were waiting on cartridges coming in BUT no-one had been in contact to inform me they were still not sent out another order is now 9 days late ! Would not recommend this supplier as website offers low prices adds delivery then items never arrive , no communication from company poor service

Needed a copy of the invoice to claim expenses and they responded right away. Ordered twice... once husband ordered. Will be ordering from Value shop while working from home. Definitely recommend 100%

First class service from a first class site.
I was a little worried when I had not received an email confirmation but this was rectified immediately, bought 3 quality ink cartridges at an excellent price, arrived well packaged just a few days later.
I will definately be ordering from this site in the future. 10/10

I have ordered an ink cartridge over a week ago and still not received my order, the tracking number provided is invalid, I would not recommend this company or use again myself

The only shop I was able to find my printer ink. Service and delivery was quick and easy. Will defiantly purchase through this company again!

Speedy service and cheaper than anything else I could find

I ordered ink from this Company nearly a week ago and was concerned by some of the reviews about non delivery of purchased goods!

Nevertheless today my ink cartridges arrived neatly packaged so full marks to Value Shop!

My genuine experience. Ordered ink cartridges Saturday Evening. Received the World Pay confirmation but nothing from the company. Rang them Monday and they sent the Confirmation through next day. I received the cartridges today (Wednesday). So, good price and quick service with just the blip of the lack of confirmation of my order (hence 4 Stars). I was concerned because I ordered after I read some of the reviews here and expected issues. There were none in my case and I'm not a one-time reviewer.
