Absolutely amazing service by a chap called Simon. After being let down by 2 major leasing companies, Simon stepped in and delivered exactly what and when he said he would. Quick and couteous responses every step of the way, always kept up to date and a van was supplied super quick at a good price.

With a clear conscience, I can recommend VanDirect. After reading the comments below, I was very apprehensive about working with this company, but I decided to give them a chance, and I do not regret it. Matthew and Chloe were very helpful, from choosing a car to its delivery. The car arrived on the scheduled date and time. There was excellent communication with the employees of this company; they respond quickly to messages and are helpful when needed. I RECOMMEND them.

Terrible experience. I wouldn't use this company ever again - if you're looking for a smooth and timely delivery. This is definitely not the company for you.
Despite speaking to the person in charge and being given assurances. They were given 9 days to prepare for an AM delivery on a Monday. The majority of the morning went without any update and it took me calling to get any information. Until I was told it will be 2-3pm at 12:22.
Staff were professional throughout, which is the only positive I can share. Fast to take your money. Slow to deliver the van.
Lots of outsourcing and blaming the other company - no one really taking responsibility for any errors/fault. Certainly don't care about how they will impact your business financially by delaying such a delivery, not arriving during the time slot stated.
I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. If you experience the same contact the Car Finance Ombudsman for advice on your situation. Also do a GDPR request so you can have access to the phone calls and personal data held by the company.
This company not even worth one star cancelation prices are like a joke after paying cancelation 140 I still had 1.99 outstanding balance… AWFUL AVOID AVOID!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️

We recently brought a van from van from Vans Direct Southampton it was easily the best value van on Autotrader at the time

Avoid at any cost!
I have purchase a van from VansDirect in 2022. The vehicle was delivered on time as promised, I was also given extras which was a nice gesture.
Unfortunately, the van is an absolute nightmare with endless mechanical issues. Considering that the vehicle is covered by warranty, and considering that I have received a manufacturer recall letter, the van is still in the state of disrepair.
Consumer rights law is very clear. When product is defective, your first point of contact is the seller or supplier.
VansDirect customers service manager is passing the bucket onto others, rather than get a grip with the issues and help resolve this nightmare.
I have made a mistake not checking what other customers had to say about VansDirect. Well, 55% of reviews are 1*, absolutely shocking customer service!
Lesson learned.

Just wanted to follow up on my review, considering that almost 7 months passed since the nightmare started and although Vans Direct wanted to show how they are helping, nothing changed. The van is still in disrepair, my day-to-day earnings are massively affected and I'm on my own. The system is broken and companies like Vans Direct are having a laugh. Well, the 'party' haven't started yet!

2 months and still no vans!! We’ve bought 13 vans from this company over the last 2 years and most of the time it’s been a painless experience but on this occasion it’s been pure pain, the delivery date for the 2 vans were waiting for where due late march, that didn’t happen due to human error, I’m not bothered about that as things happen but what I am bothered about is why once the error is rectified we haven’t had the vans or at least a date to get the vans?!? It’s borderline fraud, if you pay 8k for something that doesn’t come I see that as fraud. I’m still none the wiser , all I want is the vans as this has also caused our business problems as we haven’t been able to commit to work we forecasted the in.
What an exceptional company had a very bad experience with global vans spoke to KIM WILSON she was honest and told me how it is not the rubbish global told me she got me a 23 plate van for March delivery

FANTASTIC FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE - we were in desperate need of a van. One phone call into the team and they organised a van from their stock and had it fitted with ply-lining, racking, tow bar and beacon before it was delivered. They even arranged finance, which was at a far better rate than I was quoted by my usual finance broker. The day after delivery a Thank you Pack arrived from a company called Fleet Packs, who had been instructed by Vansdirect to deliver mats, seat cover and safety kit. Very impressed, cannot recommend them highly enough. Especially in a market that is currently so difficult to obtain a new vehicle. Thanks for Vansdirect - I will definitely be back.

would never deal with these people again.
yes i signed a pre delivery that the van would be pre-registered but was expecting five mounths.
so alwasys ask how long its been pre-registered as they dont tell you.
the bottom line is that you could be driving around with no warrenty on the van/car.
then after two months of trying to sort it they just say you have singed the paper work and not wanting to take any responsabilaty for it.
costomer service is rubbish i was passed to five different people and none of them really never wanted to sort is untill i demaned to speak a company director and then things happened.

This is probably the worst company I have dealt with in my life.
I don't even know where to start.
1. Communication. Very bad. All they are interested is in selling a vehicle. They don't even bother to send details or the full specs on the vehicle. Especially so that they can con you later.
2. Finance - A complete RIP Off. I have paid fully for my vehicle in less than 6 months. Yet still had to pay over £4k in interest.
3. Car delivery - They have delivered a vehicle that was not according to what I have talked to them on the phone or agreed with (No leather seats even though that is what we talked about when enquired about the vehicle).
4. I had to wait over for 5 months to get my V5 document even though the vehicle has been fully paid off in October 2021.
Passed above all that .... But now, after a year of using the van and driving it every day I have realised that my vehicle has not even been taxed since 8 Aprill 2021. And only realised that because I needed to tax the vehicle and checked online. Last year when I had the talk to them about it they said they never deliver a vehicle untaxed.
Talking to their team is just utter useless. They seem nice on the phone but nothing else. It's just sweet talk that will cost you thousands in the end.
All I heard was excuses and that they will get back to me.... They never did. I would stay away from them !!! If you want to buy a vehicle go to dealership. They have better prices. Better rates and better service.
Bottom line. You want a vehicle? Go to dealership, you buy the one you want and definitely at a BETTER price than through this company.
