Website is easy to navigate. It was on all the comparison sites. Phoned them to try and save the broker's fee but not possible as it is a broker. You have to go through the documentation to see who you are insured with. No information on the website about DOC. The only info is on the certificate of insurance, after you have paid, which categorically states that DOC is not covered. Although I rarely do it is useful if you borrow a car from a garage while it is being serviced or even driving your partner's car. Keeping my fingers crossed it is not like "Quote me Happy" with its abysmal customer service.

Easy to get my policy set up with everything I needed to insure my car. One of the cheapest on the comparison website for last minute insurance.

The quote came up with my ewquirements extremely quickly. I hadnt known of the company before but I was confotable with FCA protections.
All done within 30 minutes.

After signing up they emailed with a number to contact straight away. Very different to other companies where you have to use a chatbot. Rang the number and got through straight away to discuss the policy. Very good price comparable with online only options but loads better on customer service.

Signed up Aug 2025 → complained within days.
Customer service: Abrupt and unhelpful.
Changed car for accessibility → quoted £1,000 extra, online says £150.
At this rate, I’m expecting them to ask for my kidney next.

Bottom line: Confusing, unfair, and a total headache. Avoid unless you enjoy surprises.

Literally will rob you if you don’t read closely and costumer care is terrible. I’d pass by next time I see them.

Very quick and helpful service

Got a fully comprehensive quote for my daughter as she works for the NHS and has been very busy. Quote was £410 which was competitive. I forwarded her the quote she tried to use it and was then quoted £450; no change of details. She ended up getting a third party policy for £394 because she couldn't afford the extra £40. In my opinion what a bunch of sharks: we won't be using you again or Money Supermarket for that matter.

Edit 14/12: Quote now apparently £416 from same link. Nonsense.

I used Go Compare and Vavista offered the most competitive package that produces a saving of more than £200 for the year in comparison with my former insurer. Signing up for the policy was a pleasant surprise as the procedure was set out with great clarity and uncluttered by energy-sapping small print which made it easy to follow. It was completed quickly and they acknowledged everything by email.

Comprehensive cover at a pocket friendly rate, easy and quick to set up with with a clear pathway to viewing your details, accessing your documents and having easy and regular access to your portal in making changes if you need to do so.
