& 6 lights was not working otherwise the lights look great

I bought a feather floor lamp and though the feathers took a few days to settle, the final look is dreamy and luxurious.

The ordering process on the 72" bar light worked well, with quite prompt delivery. I had a professional electrician install the light, but it does not work. The electrician thinks the driver is faulty. It is not worth sending it back to China so I count it as my loss.

It took longer time than you promised on your Home page to the deliver.

My house cought fire . Because of a known fault the VAX refuse to sort out . Which is the filter when clogged over heats burn s the contents of what was hoover causing it to catch fire. some house fire have been a direct result of vax hoover s . Please report them if have one if smell burning or sparks stop using it and dispose of or take back for refund don't except an exchange. I brought mine over a year ago lost receipt. They mugged me off basically I m going legal . VAX don't reach out . You did nt even have the decency to ring even know I was promised a call from manger . They try to ignore you . Hoping problem will go away . You can sue thought no win no fee solicitor s .

I'm very satisfied!

The construction process was very unfinished all sorts of manufacturing debris left in the light. Poor design in the wiring and mounting brackets. Cable restraints fell out. The remote case was cracked.

Arrived quickly compared to another sender I used. Looks exactly as described. I absolutely love it.

It took a while to revive the lamp but it was worth the wait. Really a beautifull lamp with a gorgeous light glow.
