They took the site down for maintenance. Looool 24 hours later it’s still down. As a regular customer they didn’t tell me this before depositing, it says it no where on the site and the customer service won’t tell me anything about why or how long. They are clueless morons.

They will literally steal your money.. i have deposited 50000 dram and my credit card approved it but it didn’t show in my balance .. i called but no one answers the phone calls .. costumer support BOZI TXA each one of them

Awful site. I have sent my driving licence, my bank statement, photos of the cards linked to that account and to my bank. And they still won't accept them, saying they can't accept credit cards. They're not credit cards. Do yourself a favour and save yourself the hassle.

It is a very bad site. I do not recommend it. When I started winning a lot, my account was closed and support asked for confirmation. I did that, but in the end the site closed my account for no reason. This is the worst site. It was scammed as a fraudulent site.

I only use them for betting football each week. I am certainly not winning with them, yet they suspended my account after my last bet and emailed me the next day to tell me, although I can still bet with them, I'm no longer eligible for any bonuses or promotions. What a sad pathetic excuse for a bookie they are.

I clicked on the link through Facebook for the introductory offer. It was not credited to my account and when I contacted them, providing a screen shot of proof, I was sent a very short response 'eligible because you didn't register through the link and there is nothing we can do about it.'

This is a scam and not a real company, it's been a month and I'm unable to withdraw £50 from this company, everytime they have an excuse and would ask for more details, and different accounts. Please don't deposit money in to this, they will scam you.

Scam site, with horrible customer support (zero support) and no respect for fair play. They advertise dozens of offers and they are all lies, non-existent, because they do not fulfill them. I won a QUIZ competition for the Atlético Madrid x Sevilla game, and they rewarded other people who didn't win, I got the questions right and wasn't awarded, while those who got the questions wrong were wrongly awarded. In other words: these are non-existent promotions, just marketing.

dreadful company!!!! Emailed me offers, and when i met the deposit amount, they say I deposited a couple of hours (or less) earlier, and nothing could have been done.

I deposited £20, was expected to get £30 bonus, but they denied it, and worse is I did not win anything out of the £20 I used.

Just try different genuine and well known sites, but not them. I will never use them again they are cheaters

Their whole site is full of responsible gambling prompts constantly telling you. That's all because they didn't do their job and got fined by the ukgc
You can't use PayPal now either and because of this they demand you use a different deposit method or they'll close your account within 5 days

Also every single time you click on a page you get bombarded with responsible gambling flashing screens and phone numbers. Since they got fined they've gone ridiculously over the top and think you need constantly reminding about it.. Utter cringe
