I would normally give 5 Stars to this CRM but the last time I had questions, I could not get hold of anyone on the phone. Everything was via email. Did not like that. There should be a phone conversation option as well. Otherwise its all good!

Very efficient. Very user friendly. Very dependable.

This software has been a God send for me. Its like having your own personal assistant. I use the appointment client tracking version and it is phenomenal. I will use it as long as I am in business. The best thing is, it is continually adding new features from credit card purchases to accounting features. I love it.

vita has worked well for me as a CRM platform. Allowing clients to book and change online sessions has elevated the level of professionalism I project and simplified this system on the client end. It's also made it much easier for me to keep track of billing compared to when I was trying to manage it myself.

Since the new software, app etc. was installed vCita is much slower, and each time I use vCita to book, confirm, reply it turns off all audio on the phone. I sent a note about this when it happened earlier in the year - you acknowledged that but have not fixed it.

I still use the service - but this is such an easy fix - and we live in a mobile world - as you smart folks know. So why not make it more mobile friendly?

I have been using vcita for years and it just keeps getting better. Love how vcita does so much in 1 app. It’s allowed me to keep my business so streamlined. Thanks for always finding ways to improve and serve your customers. I highly recommend.

VCITA is great and it makes my life very simple. I would like to see some extra things added to the campaign area where we can have sime more text into a picture

I run a Independent Cleaning service that gets pretty busy at times, to the point I get over ran in the past. It was hard to keep track at times of everything. Vcita makes everything easier now! Even have the app on my phone to use while I'm on the go and electronic payments makes things even easier!

Amazing app and easy to use features!
Integrates nicely with website and allows clients to contact me as well as setup meetings.
I would like to see an option to integrate with Google calendar or outlook calendar to avoid need for repetitive updates in two places of scheduled meetings and unavailable times.

Vcita has made my work-life so easy to manage. Further been getting great comments from my clients on how professionally I am handling my online counselling/coaching business . Looking forward as always to new features regularly added. Tx u Vcita group!!!

Vcita is great service for my customers and myself it allows me to not only book appointments but takes care of letting the customer know when i will arrive and ask for a review once the appointment is done. Vcita is an ideal tool for personal contacts both privately and professionally.

I am very unhappy with the way they are conducting business. I started with them when they started and today I see them make it more expensive and changing the options I have at there own convenience. I think they should give more to the ones that supported them from the beginning.
