Do not order from this company. They are in China not in the UK. The cost of the dress is $129 USD and you have to go through hoops for a return. Finally was authorized to return and told to ship by UPS at my cost. Cost to ship back to China $286 USD. And that’s how they make their money.

I am leaving this review on behalf of my mum who ordered a expensive dress and they said it has been delivered but clearly hasn’t, customer services are terrible and not resolving the problem so legal action and contact with the bank will be taken! Please people do not buy from here.

These people are terrible. The information on their website about deliveries and timescales is misleading and incorrect. The communication is atrocious and you will be disappointed and upset at the end of your transaction. Don't be fooled like I was.

Those who are saying they are satisfied with this company are liars .They must be relatives .They should be taken off the website .The lies they tell and the money they must have made by not refunding people for shoddy cheap trash .I lost £70 I could only get partial refund .The item arrived in the smallest of packets so creased there were cottons hanging from the jacket sleeve which I couldn’t bend my arm in.It did not look a bit like the picture.I could have been sick when I saw it it was supposed to have been for my sons wedding I would not walk out the door in it .They had the cheek to say keep it and donate it or try and sell it 😡This company need investigating they shouldn’t be able to get away with it.They know exactly what they are doing ripping people off .

Dress that was delivered had very badly made hem. They sent the dress squashed into the smallest parcel and I think this damaged inbuilt bra.
Trying to say made to order but on web site says they have 13 in stock.
Customer services very rude and unhelpful, would not buy from them again.

I bought a dress for my wedding and the dress in the site looked stunning I ordered two sizes which I paid for. One dress arrived in the smallest package very creased and nothing like what was on the vedress website. The dress would fit done 12ft 6inched and very badly made. I have been scammed will let everyone know not to order from this company

I received my item nothing like the picture nothing like the colour too small and squashed into the smallest package you have ever seen so that the item was that creased it wasn't suitable to wear or fit for purpose ..i filled in the returns form the same day but got no reply ..i emailed lily who wanted photos if the item which i sent ..i told her that i would like a full refund since then i have had no reply i sent another returns form on the website and still had no reply ..absolutely bad customer service ..i wish i could send you a photo of the item which is disgusting to help other people avoid using this website i am really upset and angry now and feel robbed of my money ..i went with this website because it was a uk website ..no way did i think goods were coming from china and made on the cheap ..this was supposed to be a smart mother of the groom outfit not a cheap copy of the picture put on the website ..its disgusting that a uk company can think they can get away with this

Only a partial refund has been offered to my Mum, and it is so sad to see her so upset. It cost a lot of money for a family wedding, which she cant afford. So to lose so much money is heart breaking. The jacket size doesn't match the dress size. Sleeves are too small, and bust area too large.
I am very disappointed in their response. I do feel for their quandary, as they are overseas but a full refund should be given.

Ordered a dress for my Sons Wedding next year.
Paid £130.
I Ordered a dress Size 18 above the size i needed, in white.
When it came it was in the smallest of plastic bags and very creased.
My daughter size 12 can't even get in it
The quality of the stitching was shocking and the colour which should have been white was actually a ting of lilac and the lace top was cream.
I've emailed and I've emailed with no response.
Feeling very disappointed and extremely ripped off. This company have a super Web page but there dresses are shocking.

Don't ever purchase anything from this company. I purchased a size 12 dress for my sons wedding on 10/07/23, which arrived on 28/7/23. It was much too small, would have fitted a child. I emailed the company on 29/07/23 requesting a returns label and address, as there was nothing in the packaging. Someone called Lily replied, asking if I would like a larger size. I replied saying no I wanted a full refund, she said they don't supply return labels and it would cost me a lot in postage as they are overseas. I then demanded a full refund, and was told they csn offer a partial refund. On asking how much, she said £50 and to keep the dress (which is no use to anyone). I replied demanding at least £100.00, she csme back saying they can only offer £50.00. On 08/08/23 I agreed to £50.00 as I knew I wasn't going to get more. She informed me it will be in my bank within 2 weeks but I'm still waiting.
Vedress also advertises under other names so beware.

I ordered a pant suit which arrived in time. However it arrived I'm a bag 12 x 12. It was extremely creased. Having paid 150.00 I was disappointed it was not properly packaged. This was custom made but the top gapped and the straps fell down. Never order from them again.

My mother in law ordered a dress with a matching jacket for our wedding. She paid £120! The outfit was a different size and the jacket fit by then 10 year old. Despite emailing and being promised some money back nothing was done.

Do not buy ordered 2 dresses received 1 to small the lining hanging down the other dress was not posted out have not received a refund the other dress they won't send out a return s label to send it back a have now contacted the bank as a purchase these with a credit card they have not responded to my emails

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - purchased a trouser suit paying £19 postage! Trousers too long and very poor quality material. Boned top very poor fitting with gapping. Lace longline jacket poor quality material and very small, no seams as promised for alterations. Communication poor and refund only after returning product to China at a cost of £25 and legal action threatened.

Do not buy from Vedress lily gowns
Purchased a lacy dress and jacket, it was two different colours, the dress was full of snags and holes, scruffy, badly made and tailored, very disappointed!!!
Returned the dress and jacket by recorded delivery,
Contacted the company by email several times, they still have not refunded the money back into my account. !!!Absolutely appalling!!! SCAMMERS

I ordered a mother of the bride outfit. Paid £15 extra for specific measurements plus £15 for speedy delivery! Got neither! Outfit standard size..too small..full of static so was unwearable. I was gob smacked at the delivery cost of £19 but needed the outfit. When asked to return they gave me a lot of flannel as to why it would cost me too much for postage ...then after contacting them several times, offered me a partial refund which I refused and asked for the cost of the totally useless outfit minus the extras. So far they have completely ignored several communications from me!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...I could not give a zero star but I would if I could!

I cannot believe I have been scammed, I checked out the website and thought it was legitimate. They obviously have no morals as I really need my money back because I need to purchase another outfit for my son’s wedding. I have contacted them about twenty times and have not had one reply. The telephone number on the website does not exist as well 😞 they have my hard earned money and I need to find money to purchase another outfit
