Won't reply to emails bought a dress and it's shoddy bits coming g off, threads showing, only one email response to ask why we want to return it, since then nothing despite repeated requests. Scammers utter Chinese con merchants and should be taken down as such. As we paid by debit card doubt we will get our money back. Will be taking matter up with local MP and trading standards

Do not buy! This is a scam company and they give misleading information aswell as the garments been of poor quality. Save your self the hassle and buy from a reputable company

Worst on line service ever.
Purchased a trouser suit worth £150 on 22/8/22 and returned to sender in Walsall UK as they would not give me their china address on 12/9/2022 as the trousers were far, far too long and the top too snug.
After many e mails they finally agreed to refund me £32 on 17/10/2022
Despite weekly e mails writing this at the end of April 2023 I have not received a penny. I have kept every correspondence

The outfit I purchased is beyond inferior and I refuse to even try it on! It cost me in excess of £160.00 and I have been told that I cannot return it or get a refund! Instead, they have offered me £15.00! (However, their website states that they do accept refurbs). PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE DIABOLICAL!

Ordered a dress for my mother in law for a wedding. The quality and material on arrival wasn't to standard. Requested a refund, after much back and forth they offered 25% refund and to keep the dress as the returning to China would cost too much for them and me. This was agreed on 17th November and to date (21st February 2023) nothing has been received, despite many further emails. Complete con artists, I have reported to trading standards. Unacceptable, never order from them.

Awful two piece ok but much smaller than UK sizing so to small tried to get an address to return after several emails I was given the address but told it probably wouldn't get there but get stolen so advised not to try then told by UK intermediate they would give me a partial refund and offered 15%
If I'd have know it was from China I'd have never ordered it

I purchased an outfit and it was very poor quality material and ill fitting- I have requested details to return and get full refund— they are complete con artists !! How do you get money back in these circumstances?? Isn’t there a law ??

Customer services have attempted to fob me off. The dress is shocking.

I bought a dress and it came after about 2 weeks totally different from the one I ordered Very poor quality and material.. and doesn't look like the one I chose at all. I tried to return it. They said i will be returned to china and there is high risk of damage or loss and offered 10 % refund. Although it's stated on there website it can be returned.
This is called FRAUD !!!!
Don't ever think of ordering from them.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered two dresses recently costing a small fortune as I am going to a wedding. One dress arrived after 3 weeks. Was packaged badly and, when I opened it I was shocked at the poor quality of the material. The dress didn’t look anything like what they show on their website! Even worse, it doesn’t fit me so is no good whatsoever! I have asked for a full refund but keep getting excuses about me having to return the dress to China which they say may result in it getting lost or damaged and, without the dress being returned, they refuse to refund my money! I’ve not even received the second dress even though they have taken my money! They keep offering me derisory percentage refunds - last offer was 35% - an absolute cheek considering they have taken money for two dresses which cost me over £200!!
I’ve now raised a complaint with my credit card company and they are dealing with it but I’m not holding up much hope of ever getting my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - substandard quality and no chance of getting your money back if you are not happy with the rubbish they send you!!

Very long delivery. When wrong size refused refund, despite website promises. Having difficulty getting a refund for a dress they didn't even make. Very angry, upset and frustrated and still NOTHING to wear and now no money to buy

Hello please beware of this shop !!!!!!

The items which I bought were of very poor quality and do not look like the pictures on the shop website. Problem with customer service communication , returning goods and your money back.

We ordered a mother of the bride wedding dress in April 2022. It arrived in Ireland in June after about 20 emails to track the order & constant chasing. We ordered a size 18 woman's dress. When it got to us it was a size 14. The vendor Vedress refused to refund us over 175 GBP for the dress. We are still in dispute with them as they wont give us our money back for the dress. They told us to donate the dress to charity. Or we may give you 10% refund. They are a company of gangsters, the have left my wife with no wedding dress for her daughters wedding and us out of pocket .Never use this company!!!!

Don’t be tempted by the lovely pictures! Misleading. My MOB dress took 7 weeks to arrive, so I had to buy another for the event. Poor quality stitching. Returns resisted. Compensation unpaid. Communication (from Far East) poor.

These scammers don’t deserve a star. I’ve been trying to get my refund back for past 4-5 weeks now. I email them every 2nd day. They have lied to me.
