Disgusting material and bad fit it’s a real scam! Not worth £1

WHY didn't I read these reviews before ordering?? 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR COMPANY. Tried to return as the dress is woeful quality, really stiff and cheap material as well as being much too small. Got no reply from the return form, so emailed and the communication was dreadful, asking me to send pictures of the dress to prove that I wanted to return? And then silence on their side. This is clearly a SCAM!!!!! Please don't waste your money - this is the first time in my life that this has happened to me and hope I can prevent someone else from being caught out... I'M FURIOUS!!

Poor quality item received. Terrible fit. Poor quality workmanship. No response to email. Item not even suitable to give away. Definitely will not be recommending and my mistake was not to read these reviews.

Bought a wedding dress off them - clearly states free returns on their website within 14 days. Dress looked cheap and didn't sit on me well - tried to return it the day I received it but they won't issue a returns label.
After literally 50 emails they've offered me a 20% refund - don't buy them these guys.
I've started legal proceeding to get my money back and get these guys banned from ripping off anyone else in the UK

They are a joke of a company they try to offer u a 20% refund when the items were €400 stay away from these scammers this joke of a company should go viral and should be posted all over the internet to make sure no one gets scammed by them again now in a legal battle to get are money back the more photos of the items and screen shots of there reviews and there emails you can get the better also get ur dresses seen by a dress maker get them to write you u a headed letter statement saying exactly what is wrong with this items Emil as much as u can to ur banks guys not sure if this information will help much people out but we are definitely not stopping till they give yous are money back the scammed the wrong person this time I feel for every person who has been out of pocket because of this scammers and the more people the pre sue this matter the better this company should no longer be allowed in the trading industry

Having now been offered £20 for a useless dress I paid over £90 for I have not any received that!!! STAY Away from this disgusting company unless you want to throw your money away!!

Beautiful dress exactly as on website delivered clean and no creases - ready to wear no ironing needed at all. The supplier emailed me straightaway after purchase asking for my measurements to customise to me and the dress fits me perfectly like a glove. The attention to detail shows in the craftsmanship, excellent quality material and lace used. Thank you so so much. Fast delivery service due to excellent customer service.

Please do not buy anything from them!!! I paid £138 for a dress that does not fit and they will not let me return it and get my money back. It's disgusting I have never had such problems trying to return something in my life before. They even said to me can you not just give it away to charity!!!

Don't give these scammers any of your money. Yes, you get a product but it is over-priced tat and they ignore your attempts to contact them to return the item.

I only gave 1 star for to write a review I'd would honestly give less than 0 stars a complete scam I'm now stuck with a suit I can't wear I'm living on a pension and can't afford to have to buy something again firstly they wanted pics of the suit that I received I sent 8 pics it didn't look anything like it did on the page I looked at iv sent many emails but no reply PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM VEDRESS YOU WILL NOT GET A FUND THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY NEEDS HIGHLIGHTING TO CLOSE THEM DOWN SHAME ON YOU TO CON PEOPLE OUT OF THERE MONEY

I was promised a chappy refund after this company ruined my wedding and left me with no dress since then they have chosen to ignore me completely in regards to a quarter of my money back! Please do not order from this sham of a company 😑 I dont know how they are allowed to get away with treating people this disgustingly hopefully my reviews will make sure no one else gets conned like I did. DISGUSTING!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased a dress for them for my wedding it came damaged I’ve been trying to return it for over a month and they refuse to allow me to return it. I have now opened a case with my bank for fraud and hopefully I will be getting my money back that way. Do not buy from those people they will ignore your emails if you have any issues. They told me I should either resell the dress or wear it anyway for my wedding day even though it was damaged. Joke of a business!

After 30 e mails about 3 pieces trouser suit gone from donate it to charity, £60 mail to return to China. Offered £20 etc I reported it to my bank fraud dept under visa rules. They are pursuing them. They advertise under various company names. STAY AWAY from them please.

Ordered a dress, paid by credit card, they emailed and said declined and to pay again by PayPal, cos of urgency foolishly did so only to find they had taken payment twice and original payment went through fine. Now getting fobbed off waiting for a refund dress still not made or dispatched and basically getting nowhere with them
Do not trust this site

I ordered a wedding dress from the website. The fit completely wrong and also it was yellow on the back zip. So I filled out the form online, no reply via that. So I emailed back to say I'm going to need a refund especially because I no longer need the dress. After numerous emails about why I need the refund, getting my measurements again... I'm still waiting for an address to return the dress because I no longer need it. They are dragging their feet because of their substandard merchandise. Dreadful customer service, do not order from them, it's not worth it.

Please don’t use this site, absolutely appalling service. I ordered a dress, then read their reviews so cancelled the order within 24 hours.. then spent over 2 months trying to get a refund. Which my credit card company actually gave me in the end and Vedress just said the bank have refunded you now so all sorted!!

Absolutely appalling company! Please do not order from here. Poor quality items which they will then refuse to give you a return address so you can get a refund. Will just email back and forth with the most ridiculous reasons not to return the item. They are just waiting for the next person to order so they can rip them off! They already have form trading as different companies. BUYER BEWARE!!!
