I just love these sneakers! Fast delivery, amazing quality and service. By far my favorite sneakers for all day wear. I can walk 30K steps and not be in any foot pain. Don't ever change the Campo, except to add more colors!

Zero customer service
I ordered shoes for a trip and the original email said they would arrive over 4 days before I needed them. It had been a week and they hadn’t shipped and there is no customer service number to call. I filled out the contact form and never got a reply. They ended up arriving a 8 days after they said they would originally.

Love my shoes but the laces they came…
Love my shoes but the laces they came with were way too long. I ordered 2 pair of shorter laces. I was charge $15 shipping for 2 pair of $10 laces. When they came, one pair was loose in a plastic bag with two different sizes of laces. None of the replacement laces were 4” shorter than the longer laces as advertised. I’ve sent a message to customer service so we’ll see how Veja responds.

The sizing is not consistent with other brands and the the measurement of my foot. The sandals are at least one full size two large. I don't have this problem with other brands. I even order a half size smaller than my measured foot. The order was not returnable.

Excellent service and true to size
I have promptly received the order I made for two pairs of summery cotton-based shoes (Nova HT canvas and Campo J-mesh). The 8.5 sizing fits quite well. Really happy I don’t have to return them. Time will tell if the shoes hold in rotation with other pairs after which I can edit this review.
I highly recommend shopping directly from Veja (or your local reseller if you have one).
