Necessary Paperwork
The only issue that I have is that I did not receive all of the insurance paperwork, such as declaration page and other important info like due date, comprehensive/collision amt and amount of premium.

This company did a great job. They explained everything clearly to me. They told me my options and what would be best for me. No scams, as unfortunately insurance can turn into. I love this company and highly recommend them!!!

Have been goin through Velox for my auto insurance for every bit of 15 yrs now!! And there is absolutely NO WAY I could be pushed otherwise!! They ALWAYS make sure I'm the upmost satisfied ..and absolutely WILL NOT STOP until I am 100% just Tickled to death Satisfied with their services!! This past weekend I bought a new policy online for my car I had just bought.. Last minute, I changed my mind and decided to get the same car (year & make) only upgraded to the Max..
Long story - short, come Monday am when I was finally able to talk to Velox agent about the switch.. he ended up saving me $124 month and another $224 off my down payment!! Needless to say, I WILL FOREVER BE A LOYAL LIFELONG VELOX CUSTOMER!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Velox to ANY & EVERY ONE!! THEY WILL NOT BE LET DOWN IN THE SLIGHTEST!! THANK YOU VELOX FOR MANY YEARS!!
